All old material that was replaced with the new material was thrown away and not left in a corner. They left the place very clean. I had a very bad clog in the basement and everything came out of the toilet from the washer. It was a mess. This is the first home I owned so I got a little scared. I called Profesional Plumbers Denver and they sent Lance. He was amazing. He arrived at 6:30pm and left at 1:45am. He had a lot of work to do and he never gave up on getting it unplugged. It took longer but because he didn't give up. He cared enough to stay and get the job done properly. I really appreciate Lance. This company comes highly recommend, especially if all the employees are like Lance. Thank you!

My heat went out on a cold day and Sam and Darian showed up promptly. I know nothing about plumbing so they patiently walked me through everything and explained any charges that would be incurred before doing any work. They were kind, courteous, extremely professional and got my heat going immediately! I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

My husband and I have been experiencing what we believed was a leak in the wall. The reason why we believed that was because we would hear it through the wall when we would use to upstairs bathroom. When explaining this to Leon over the phone he was so understanding and asking all the right questions to making sure what it was that we needed.
He was able to explain to me what was happening and luckily we saved money. If we were to have gone to another plumber they would of just cut a piece out of our wall to see what the problem was just to get the same response from Leon, thank you Leon for your experiences.

I wouldn’t hire or work with this company. They came out about a year ago and installed a new water heater for us. After a year the connections have been corroding and after looking at it myself and speaking with another certified master plumber we realized they were too lazy to swap out the old pipes/connections from the old water heater. When we called to inform them about this, they were reluctant and refused to fix it on their expense because “I” was not their customer but the insurance company was. It’s just really disappointing to hear and see that this type of customer service exists. They don’t put you first but are worried about how they’ll make money instead of just providing a quality service.

We called APC for routine maintenance on our water heater. After completing the work our technician, Malcom, noticed that our water pressure was lower than it should be. He found a valve that needed adjustment and fixed the problem immediately. It had been that way since the house was built and we hadn't realized it. He caught it because of doing a very thorough job. Definitely 5 stars!

I own a semi-commercial property and have had several issues with my boiler. I can’t tell you how many other plumbing companies I tried to come and fix my problem.
