His fee was very reasonable and even saved my money by telling me he could use some of my old parts instead of new ones I had on hand for the project.

They were here within 3 hours of my initial call to get someone to come look, and within 10 minutes of arriving at my home they had the water heater fixed. They are currently 3 hours late for an appointment I made 6 days ago. They started on an issue for us three weeks ago had to stop for clean up after that was done we made the appointment and even after being with no plumbing for 2 weeks they put us a week out now aren't here for the appointment and are unreachable. If you have a true emergency I would not recommend them.

John was all around great. I had a clogged basement drain that needed to be fixed. John answered the phone when I called, gave me an estimate on what he thought the issue was and how long it would take to fix, and how much it would cost in the end. He was able to get to the house a short time later and cleared the drain promptly. I even asked if he could look at another small plumbing issue while he was there and he fixed that as well. All in under an hour! Highly recommended - and I would use again for sure!
