I contacted Top Shelf to have some can lights installed in our kitchen. I set up an appointment and the technician showed up right on time. Johan did an amazing job. We had four can lights in our kitchen that unfortunately, were not installed evenly. Johan was able to remove an overhead light and replace it with a can light, add five more additional cans and made it look great! Highly recommend!! Five stars for sure!!

Chris was on time, communicative and efficient. He made the whole process of replacing my shower heads super hands-off and easy for me and made me feel comfortable with the work being done throughout. I would recommend him for your next plumbing job!

I booked an appointment in early April to have my HVAC serviced and the day before Bell Plumbing and Heating called to reschedule the service because it needed to be a certain temperature outside before they could test the system properly. Not a problem for me and I immediately put it on my Google calendar that they were to return on May 4th. I called the company late in the afternoon on the 4th to let them know that they had not shown up for my scheduled appointment, they informed me that I was not on their schedule. I live by my calendar, I am a busy person and my time is important, not my mistake. They rescheduled me for the next day because of their mistake and called me to say they have a technician available and could I work them in earlier than what was agreed upon. I said yes. The technician then calls me and says there is no parking and told me that they don't service my address because of the parking issues. Nobody in their main office at any time ever mentioned this to me. He said he would call his office and call me right back. Twenty minutes later and no call back from him so I had to call their office again whereby I was informed that they were canceling the appointment. I am in the service industry and have been for more than 30 years, this is wrong in so many ways. You can judge every service experience by two words, MAGIC or TRAGIC, this easily falls into the TRAGIC category. Thanks for wasting my valuable time Bell Plumbing and Heating, I'll make sure to dissuade anyone from using your company to service their needs.

This was my first time using Tipping Hat, I was impressed to say the least. Received a text 30 min before arrival and then Seth did arrive right on time.The service was great, Seth took care of my issue in the kitchen and then was very thorough in helping me find a leak.I would highly recommend Tipping Hat and Seth!

I can't say enough good things about Quality 1st. I've used them for over 3 years and am so impressed that I've joined their Quality First Service Club and will always use them from now on. My most recent experience, yesterday, was just an annual check up on my heating and air conditioning equipment. From the time Katie answered my phone call, to when Nate arrived to do the service, to when Emily followed up to check on how the visit went, I was impressed with their friendly, professional, and caring service. Beau was great. I had a water pressure issue with my kitchen sink. He resolved it in 15 minutes. I then had him estimate a few upgrades which others had previously estimated. He noticed and told me of many things others had overlooked, my house plumbing is complicated. I desired to have a washer and dryer hook up. Beau was the only one to point out that the hook ups were not the issue, there was no place to vent the dryer. No one else either realized that would be an issue or they didn’t care. Beau was honest and forthright. I appreciate that kind of service. I have his card and it is on the refrigerator. I will be using this company again.

Mark arrived at our business after hours ready to help and full of answers. We had been struggling with our water heaters for some time and Mark installed and corrected our issues promptly and explained every step and procedure to where anyone would understand and be confident that their issue was going to be resolved. I'd recommend Mark and C4 Plumbing for anyone's plumbing needs!

This guy knows his boiler heat systems. Reconfigured a lot of my old zone pipework and installed a new pump...heat works better than ever.... Robert is straight shooter..has a high regard for work being done correctly and.fairly priced....

Warranty company assigned this service provider to fix my toilet. Justin, the manager or supervisor, said he arrived at my home and knocked and rang the doorbell. I did not hear them. Did he attempt to call me to see if I was home? No. When I called him 20 minutes later he was very rude, unprofessional, and said he would not come back that day. When I attempted to call the office they said he is the supervisor and that I was basically out of luck. Unacceptable, and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.
