We had an issue with a toilet in Parker, and John was able to solve the issue quickly and professionally. I recommend this company.

Our toilet and pipes were really clogged. I called for help at 10:30 and by 11:30, Tony from Bell was here. This is my first experience using Bell. The entire process was customer focused. The lady who took my call outlined the process and then sent me Tony's name and picture so I was very comfortable knowing who would show up. Tony assessed my plumbing problems and outlined the potential fixes. The pricing was very reasonable. He cleared the plug, but also made sure that not only the toilet was clear, but the shower and the floor drain as well. I am super happy and relieved that it is fixed. Tony is very professional. He explained everything so I could easily understand what he was going to do before he went to work and then what he found when he was done.

Such a great team: Kyle Taylor, Remington Bailey, Landon McGill, Romeo Sandoval, Joe Eckert, and John Slobodzian made up the amazing team that came out to install a new furnace and central air unit. We spent the day together. I cannot express my gratefulness for this team. They worked so hard and was very kind and extremely professional. One of the young gentlemen had to work in our crawl space during a rain storm. There were no complaints the finished product is amazing and they cleaned everything up to the point it did not look anything was done. I recommend this team they really were great to work with. Thank you team!!!

My furnace stopped working on Saturday. I was calling around to see who was able to come out on a Saturday with no notice. I was quoted $39 for the technician to come out and was told that any other charges would be determined when the technician is on site. I accepted these terms. When he got here, before even looking at my furnace he said there is a $189 diagnostic and service fee. I told him to proceed with the work because I was desperate and what was I supposed to do, pay the $39 for him to ring my door bell?? Why isn’t this something that is quoted on the phone? He told me this before even looking at the furnace. He went in the crawl space to look at the furnace. He spent maybe two minutes down there and came up and said I needed a new furnace. He spouted some technical jargon that he said he would send me to talk over with my husband. I never got those notes emailed like he said he would. I told him I wanted a second opinion. I paid him $228 for doing nothing. The $189 is bogus, he didn’t diagnose anything. I called another company that came out and spent over 30 minutes looking at the furnace, made a trip outside to the breaker, and then back down to the furnace. With his troubleshooting he said there was no power going to the furnace and that I would need an electrician. When I told him that I was told I needed a new furnace he said how do they know if there is no power? I called the electrician who replaced a fuse and got me working. No one said anything about me needing a new furnace. I feel that I was taken advantage of. I was asked to spend $3500+ to replace a furnace by a guy that didn’t even look at the old one. If my furnace is a brand that your technician never heard of before, which is he did mention, maybe he should have called and asked for help. I know that I am never using your company again, and I will be sharing this experience with my friends and family too.I would like to say that I appreciate how erious this company took my feedback. They contacted me the next business day to address my concerns. I spoke to a higher up and he apologized profusely for my experience. He wanted to try to make it right, but understood that he could not give me back my time or make my experience different, so he offered a full refund that I accepted. The refund was processed immediately which I also appreciated. He also understood that based on what I said in my review, I would not use this company again, he said he would put a $50 credit on my account in case I decided I wanted to give them a second chance. Based on the reaction to my review they took me seriously and responded appropriately, I will consider using them again.

Glad we found Phillip. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. We appreciated that he didn’t try to up sell us on anything. We will call him anytime we have plumbing needs.

We had a leak in the bathroom of our HOA pool. Phil Metz came out and took care of it quickly and professionally! They are very reasonable in cost and the customer service was excellent.

I used A Better Plumber to help with an emergent leak we had in our kitchen, and they were able to get someone out within a couple hours, late on a Saturday night. Kyle was the plumber that came out and helped with everything. He didn't have the specific part with him but was able to stop the leaking for the night and came back the next day to fix the repair.Kyle was knowledgeable, fast, and thorough. In addition, I worked with Denise and Mike at the office to schedule everything, and then followed up with some questions the next day for our insurance. Everyone was super kind, helpful, and more than willing to assist with any questions we had. We will definitely use them again in the future, just hopefully NOT for an emergency leak. Thanks again to the entire team!

I had to have the workers return 3 times to fix the overflow in my tub, and it still was never fixed.

I had a great experience with C4 Plumbing. They were one of the few plumbers that made time for me in the late hours of the night and addressed the issue immediately upon arrival. Because I needed owner approval, they didnt even charge me for more than just the after hours fee. Highly recommend!

Chris Duncan came out in our moment of crisis, helped to trouble shoot how to move our built in 700 pound refrigerator (that was in front of an epic leak), and he fixed the faulty line quickly. He was very kind, patient and professional. I highly recommend this company, and I personally recommend Chris.

We just had Robert install a new Hot Water Heater. He was very informative and helpful while we made a decision on which size to get. He even went and got a drain pan during the job and installed it at a very fair price. He also worked on our drain pipe for our kitchen because we were having issues. I definitely have found the plumber I will always call when I have any issues.
