Our family was very pleased with the service we received from Euro Plumbing. Our aging water heater sprung an irreparable leak on a Friday night, and Euro Plumbing was able to schedule a complete replacement installation for the following Saturday morning. Valentin was friendly, polite and professional, arriving on time and with a mask, gloves and even shoe coverings—all important to our family during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Valentin also laid down carpet protection for every bit of flooring he would be traveling throughout the house, including the stairs. The pricing was also the most competitive quote we received, and there were no added surprise upcharges or additional material expenses or disposal fees, etc. It couldn’t have gone better, and our big headache was quickly fixed before we knew it. I almost never write reviews online, but we were so happy with our experience that I wanted to share our praise for this great company. The whole process from calling to getting the project done was efficient and easy for me. Someone actually answered the phone when I called, I was able to schedule service for the following morning and Steven showed up and completed the job (I needed an existing natural gas line modified so I could hook up a grill). He was professional, on schedule, super nice, knowledgeable and gave me various options to choose from. He didn’t need a ton of my time either. He made sure I was knowledgeable on how my system operated, and ensured I was comfortable in the operation. We also tested the system together and he wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied before he finished the job.Their service works great. You get a text about the person that’s coming over (to include their picture) and real-time info for when they will arrive.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

My experience with them was good from start to finish. I called and a friendly person answered the phone quickly each time I called (same job, I just had questions before it got started). They were also very proactive in their communication, giving me updates as the day/time was approaching. The technician, Ray W, arrived on early. He was super friendly and courteous. Big smile behind the mask. Always had booties on in the house, always wore his mask. Never complained about it. He did a great job and even tolerated my I'd love to know how you did _____ questions. My job was expensive, but I know the parts cost and given the time he spent at my house, I felt the value was fair for the price paid. I'd definitely use them again and I'd ask for Ray again as well.

I have used Custom HPACES for several years and knew it was only a matter of time when my A/C and furnace would need to be replaced. When the tech came out this year to do the A/C maintenance and I told him the house wasn’t cooling sufficiently, he clearly presented me with alternatives, including replacement. I asked for a quote and received one the next morning. I found the price to be reasonable and a week later I have a new cooling and heating system.

I talked to the owner, Dwayne Haskins, twice to make sure I understood the system being recommended and the work to be done. He answered all of my questions in a way I could understand them and made me feel comfortable with using Custom HPACES and the equipment being installed.

The techs doing the work were very professional and pleasant to work with. They were so quiet, I barely knew they were in the house and they made sure not to track any dirt, etc inside. They, too, answered all of my questions and made sure I was kept up-to-date on their progress. The job was actually completed in less time than originally estimated.

Given my nervousness on this type and size of purchase, I am very pleased.

If I could give a lower score, I would. The scheduler was really nice and helpful. The service tech was horrible. Basically cussed and complained about everything and didn't fix the issue.
