I’ve used this company a handful of times at this point. They have always been on time. They clearly explain and communicate what they believe the problem(s) to be, and how they will go about fixing. Ive been thru plumber after plumber after plumber while owning my cursed house, and this is the only company that seems to consistently tackle whatever nonsense problem arises.Ps; many thanks to Jerid. Extremely professional with great problem solving skills.

I have been using Service Network for several years, mostly out of the fact that I was too lazy to find someone else to maintain my heater and evaporative cooler. I didn't have them do much, just seasonal maintenance. That being said, I had issues several times with this company. Despite the fact that they had been to my house twice a year for five years to do the exact same job, several times they would show up without the proper equipment and have to reschedule. So I went out and bought the proper equipment. Today, the guy they sent did not feel like getting on my roof (two story home). So he left and they had to reschedule. Last year they didn't connect the evaporative cooler correctly and I had water running down my roof for a week. Nevermind, take me off your customer list Service Network. What I asked of you twice a year is not that demanding, yet you managed to screw up and waste my time too much.
If you are doing more serious work, look elsewhere. The only big job I had them do was replace my sewage ejector, after looking at the bill and looking at prices on line I learned they charged me 3 times what I could buy the part for down the street.... plus expensive labor!

I was originally relieved that Plumbline had availability to come out on the coldest day of the year as my furnace was only putting out very little heat for very short periods. After the tech did some troubleshooting I was told the furnace was gone and he wouldn't be able to even start it up. I was quoted an astronomical amount of money to replace. He turned the furnace to off and said there was nothing he could do so I paid the trip fee with no furnace and subzero temperature. I called a couple other HVAC companies to get second opinions and quotes for new furnace, if needed. The first HVAC company I called was at my home 40 minutes after Plumbline tech left, unclogged the condensation drain and had my heat on within 20 minutes. He knew exactly what to do. I am highly disappointed in Plumbline that the tech said no way my furnace could be repaired and could not be started again, charged me a trip fee and spent more time trying to sell me on a new unit.Plumbline customer service is great and tech seems nice but more of a sales person than someone who can actually service the unit.

The initial quote was over double what I ultimately paid. if it wasn’t for the price matching, I would have went somewhere else. I had to work with Home Depot to fix the financing that was incorrectly set up at the time of purchase. it took a number of phone calls to get an appointment scheduled for a tech to come out and remediate issues identified by the inspector. on the day of the appointment the tech missed the appointment and i had to call to get someone to come out at 4:30 PM (orig apt window was 8:00-10:00 AM). The one positive of this experience was the techs themselves. they were very pleasant answered all my questions and were easy to work with. overall not an experience i would recommend.
