I needed to get touchless faucets installed at my job and I reached out to High 5 Plumbing and I heard back within an hour. They gave me an appointment for the next day. Caleb showed up 10 minutes earlier than expected, wearing a mask and gloves and was nothing but kind and professional. He received the parts needed for the faucet and was able to do the install two days later. He showed up early every time that we had an appointment and he got the job done within 2 hours and the faucets work perfectly now and we have a warranty for two years. We found Flow-Rite through homeadvisor and have used them for years because they're genuine, kind, honest people and have always given us a great price for fantastic work. They deserve more than they charge for their integrity alone! Ruben (the owner) is always available and quick to help--even when we had a leaky ceiling in the early hours of the morning. Rob has taken care of us several times when we've needed drain cleaning--and has taught us how to take care of our drains to avoid future clogs (don't use powdered dishsoap with our hard water bc it causes buildup, and use green gobbler in our kitchen about every 6 months-1year to keep things flowing). He's educating us out of a job, haha! Ruben personally took the time to chat with me and give me his honest advice when we needed a water heater. He gave me the best estimate out of two other companies, answered all of my questions, answered some that I didn't even know to ask, and even a great Cuban restaurant recommendation! Eddie and Juan replaced my water heater in an hour and were super sweet. Eddie even saved me $20 on a drain when he pointed out how unlikely it was that we would need it with the drain inches away from the heater. It's one thing to find a solid company that does great work, and another to find good people that you can trust--and I believe I've found both at Flow-Rite!

June 15, 2022 Tyler came out to resolve an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink. Water was intermittently found under the sink. Tyler arrived prior to the time promised by Danny the (very kind) Dispatch Representative. He assessed the problem. Did some very effective trouble shooting. Identified the issue. Replaced the necessary parts. The work area was left clean. WE were back in business. Tyler was very kind, knowledgable, professional and a real pleasure to work with. Quality 1st is quickly moving to the top of my Go To List.Thank You Tyler and Danny!! The High quality of Service and Work you provide is Greatly appreciated! Lori

I called Service Netwrok in a bind 2 weeks ago. If coursre, my furnance had stopped working on the coldest night we have had this year. Thank God they were able to come out within an hour. Justin, the owner, showed up at 6 on Friday and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. The charge was ridiculously low and he was super nice. I would definitley recommend them. As a single women, I always feel like Im getting taken advantage of when I call to get hire people. This situation was completely different, I was impressed thoroughly and completly trusted their work. I would highly recommend
