I chose After Hours based on the recommendation of neighbors, and it was a great experience. From making the appointment to the service itself, everything was easy, professional, and responsive. I was able to get an appointment the same day and the team that came out showed up on time and taught me a lot about my sump pump as they were investigating the problem. I would definitely call them again the next time I need help.

15/10 would call again. Lance from Professional Plumbers came by to fix my kitchen drain that had back flows. He was professional and provided great service snaking and jetting for a reasonable price.

Sam and Carson were great to work with. Never ideal to have to drop money on AC issues but helped the best they could, explained it in detail, and worked all day to get it fixed. The next day they came by to follow up and make sure everything was working well. Appreciated all their help!

The guy was around 2 hours late and then acted like the issue was an emergency at was going to flood the house at any second (which it was not, it was fixing the line out to the sprinkler which has a shut off!) and then quoted almost 600 dollars for what should be 100-200 repair. Steer clear of these guys, I happen to know about plumbing so i knew this was crazy but they sure could trick someone who doesn’t

Marc R has done nearly everything in our house for Pluming since we moved in 6 years ago. He came out for a leak we had in our basement ceiling. Turned out he had to replace the garbage disposal as it had a 4 inch crack on it. Since then we have had Marc back to install a Halo 5 Water Filtration System, and even had to redo many pipes to install the Halo 5, and it looks amazing. He has also installed a new toilet in our basement. He has changed all the Hot & Cold on/off switches in the entire house. He has installed a new shower in master bath. He has repaired our sprinkler system pipes outside. Marc has over 20 yrs experience, and it shows. He is definitely a MASTER PLUMBER. Zack came out to replace our water heater. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the issues to us clearly, and remedied the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job talking us through the issues. He worked in a timely manner and was very respectful of our home. We would definitely request him personally again.

I have had Errol Vermont as my plumber for at least 15 years, probably more like 20. He is always completely professional, knowledgeable and most of all, he fixes the problem the first time. His prices are more than competitive. If I were to pick the most important thing about Mr. Vermont, I would have to say it is his integrity. I trust him. It is not easy to find people with his level of customer service in this day and age. He has my business until he retires, and for my sake, I hope that is a very long time coming!
