Igor came highly recommended after a friend watched a plumber first hand deceive, over charge, and be outwardly disrespectful to me. It was a great relief to get a plumber here that was helpful, kind and affordable!

I don't understand the negative reviews and overlooked those because they seemed like home warranty issues, which has nothing to do with Igor. I am glad I did!

I had a very bad clog in the basement and everything came out of the toilet from the washer. It was a mess. This is the first home I owned so I got a little scared. I called Profesional Plumbers Denver and they sent Lance. He was amazing. He arrived at 6:30pm and left at 1:45am. He had a lot of work to do and he never gave up on getting it unplugged. It took longer but because he didn't give up. He cared enough to stay and get the job done properly. I really appreciate Lance. This company comes highly recommend, especially if all the employees are like Lance. Thank you!

During the last week of August we had this company come out to our home to fix our bathtub faucet-the first employee stated we needed a new faucet and some internal pipes to be replaced and gave us a quote, we agreed to the work and quote and scheduled the service. On the day of service, the plumber cancelled on us, however- company was able to send out a replacement plumber (that's where the good news stops). The plumber came out and explained the first employee did not know what he was taking about and that we just needed a new faucet, no replacement piping need-he proceeded to replace the faucet and instead of fixing the pipes added layers of calking around the exposed piping/interior walling.

One month later, we go to the guest bedroom down stairs to find out the bathtub has been leaking for over a month... through the floor and into our guest bedroom, all over the bed. We called the company and they sent someone out the following morning-the third employee proceeded to tell us the second employee installed a broken faucet and clearly didn't know what he was doing. While the repair visit was free of charge, we were left with hundreds of dollars in additional damage to our drywall in the bedroom upstairs and down stairs along with the need to replace the mattress and box springs since the leak had gone through the bed.

We emailed the company and asked for assistance in paying damages, but did not get a reply, nor an apology.

Beware of this company-the employees do not agree on the work to be completed and the work that is completed could end up costing you hundreds more in damages to your home.

Kitchen drain was completely blocked. Technician (Tayden?) arrived within 1 hour. Was highly professional, opened and flushed out the drain. I asked for the high-pressure scrub. It was well worth the additional cost, as now my drain is completely free flowing. Thanks much.

ARS took care of our emergency. The work, involving a gas leak, was done professionally and in a timely manner. ARS has been our go-to service company for heating issues, from purchasing a new furnace to repairs and maintenance for a number of years. They are reliable.

My basement floor drain was not draining from the kitchen line. I have had this issue before and felt it was an easy fix but did not have the tools and know-how to fix it myself. John's tech was not available right away but with his guidance, I purchased a small drain snake and fixed it myself! I have never had a plumber so willing to assist me (while on vacation) and provide me with guidance (and reassurance) which ultimately saved me money. Metro Drain is an honest and professional company. If I have the need for a plumber in the future, I will call Metro.
