I live in the holy grail of McGyvered homes. I called Quality First to help assess a situation where the previous owners installed a sink into which our washer drained into (sigh). Emilio arrived during the window provided and was very professional. After discussing what he had found he suggested bringing in the Field Super for a second assessment. (they didn't charge for another trip charge)When Emilio returned with the Field Super they assessed the issue and discussed options. They were very informative and open about what would be the best long-term solution. We decided on an series of fixes and Emilio got right to work. He did a great job! Thank you!

My wife and I have been using Plumbline for years and I can say that this will definitely be our last. After waiting a week and a half and waiting all afternoon for our time to fix our AC, they call and reschedule for Monday. On Saturday they call while we are 45 minutes away hiking and tel us their person can be there in an hour. We race out of the trail and back home. 2 hours later he shows up. He takes 5 minutes to figure out that the issue is the “door switch” which I had no idea what it was. I asked questions but still did not understand that it even had to do with the furnace and not the AC or thermostat. He tells us it will be $350 to fix as I’m trying to figure out what the actual issue is with no explanation. Keep in mind I’ve gone two weeks being pregnant without AC in the middle of summer! I believe I have no other option as this seems like a huge project (I mean a $350 fix must be complicated right) when he’s fixing it (the 2 minutes it takes) I google what a door switch is because I still have not received my explanation and realize it’s a $5-$15 part and incredibly easy for anyone to fix! I feel 100% scammed and taken advantage of. I was in tears when he left as I felt so screwed over. I would never recommend this company to anyone again as they are clearly not in the business to help people as I was clearly clueless as to what was needing fixing but solely in it to overcharge people for money.

Roscoe was absolutely fantastic. He was able to explain what the issue in a way that was easy to understand and got the work done in timely manner. I will definitely ask for him if I ever need to call for any other issues.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! We had oracle come out and replace, and upgrade our hot water heater after our old one started to leak everywhere. I called Oracle plumbing and they were able to get out the very next day and get this mess all fixed up! They removed our incredibly old water heater, installed a new one, and added the new safety stuff like the expansion tank. And the best part, I didn't get raked over the coals on cost! Simple, quick and easy! Kaleb and Devante came out and knocked this project out very quickly. They were incredibly professional. I cannot recommend Oracle Plumbing enough. Best Value, Best Quality, and extremely Professional.

Keith came out and we got set for a friday at my request, but they could have done it the next day. He really understands someone needing an upgrade, and didn't try to up-sell without logic and customer satisfaction in mind. The guys that came who did the work were all very profesional and courteous. ARS offers financing, which was the only way I could get this kind of thing done, and they have taken care of every quirk along the way.I'm very pleased with ARS, and would sugest them to anyone.

What technician agreed on price is different when they take payment, they won’t provide scope of work and told me warranty is valid to only say after payment was received that they do not provide warranty for service. Joke company, work with a company that is transparent. Caitlin and Jayvon refuse to provide call log or itemized invoice of the work done.
