Well they replaced the old faucet and installed a new one also they installed bidet to our request both were done with professionalism and we are satisfied we will definitely call you again if the need arises.

Our furnace quit working the first day of the recent cold snap. We called Tipping Hat and they respond in a couple of hours. After speaking to Adian we decided to replace the furnace. Tipping Hat mobilized their crew of Adian, Jamie, Emily, Jacob, Chris, Juan, and Elijah. They worked into late evening to finish the installation and get the furnace operating. They all were very professional and knowledgeable and efficient. We really appreciate the team and their effort to get heat for our home.

Absolutely pathetic responsiveness and attitude! My appointment window was from 8-9AM... Didn't receive a call from the technician until 9:30AM and was told the technician would be out at noon- THREE HOURS LATER THAN SCHEDULED! Worst part, Professional Plumbers was unwilling to even take $50 off my bill or work with me in any way and were absolutely terrible to deal with. I work in a service industry and was utterly disappointed with Professional Plumbers. I would never use them again and highly recommend you don't either!

Quality First Plumbing & Heating is a little on the pricey side, but the work is going to be done right, and they get someone out to your house as soon as possible. Mark Canty is the guy to ask for! He did great work, was courteous, explained the situation, and had great advice for me. Mark made sure to make me feel like a loyal customer!

Glad we found Phillip. He was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. We appreciated that he didn’t try to up sell us on anything. We will call him anytime we have plumbing needs.

Nate at To the T is a miracle worker! We had a project of downsizing our fireplace recently and knew there might be an issue once we opened up the wall. Sure enough, we had plumbing and hvac vents that needed to be moved over about 2-3 feet into a VERY tight space and then redirected to our basement plumbing! Somehow Nate did it and helped to keep our remodel project on time! On top of that, we discovered an unrelated kitchen pipe that burst in the middle of the project and Nate came to the rescue again! This company is amazing and I'm so thrilled we have a plumbing and heating partner for years to come. Thank you Nate and team! Below you'll see some pics of the before and after. Steven was amazing and fast. Very nice and answered any questions I had!

No cold water in the shower so I requested service through the warranty company. These guys picked up the job. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the appointment, and when the plumber arrived he spent a few minutes looking at it then said he could not get the handle off.

I went to go get a drill and a reverse bit to try and help him out, and as I started working on the handle he said he was going to leave and to call him when I got the handle off.

Soon after, the handle was removed, I called him in 30 minute intervals for the next couple hours, no answer or return call. I contacted my warranty company, they said that they would reach out to Service Network and tell them to get someone back out to do the work. 2 more hours have passed, no word from them. I called the warranty company again and they said they did hear back from Service Network and they were supposed to have reached out to schedule another appointment. Still no news.

Not sure what I'm paying either of them for at this point. Waste of an entire day.

Dan is extremely professional. He guided us through the whole fix. He is a very friendly, helpful, easy to understand, and he gives great advice!

I was very happy with getting my basement floor drain clean. It was a difficult job on an older home (blt 1976). I was worried it wouldn't be repairable, but it turned out well. What a relief!

7/10/20 Update - Since writing my initial review (roughly 8 months ago), Tony has come back out three times to provide additional plumbing services (it's an old house). Each time, Tony has been highly professional and provided excellent service. Tony is our plumber of choice!

Tony was professional, prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. He took care of our old house's leaky faucet efficiently and for a reasonable price. We will definitely be calling him again.

I scheduled my appointment with Done and received a call when the technician was en route. He finished the job quickly and was very courteous, including wearing a mask and gloves during the repair. I have used Done numerous times and always receive great service!
