James and Ryan were awesome! My water heater broke and leaked everywhere. They were able to get out to me within an hour and assess the situation. It ended in a new water heater but James was sure to explain all of the options available to me. I chose to replace it since it was so far out of warranty. Ryan arrived within the hour with my new water heater and they had it installed quickly.Really appreciate the hard work and responsiveness!

Todd came out to replace my garbage disposal and check a couple of other plumbing issues. He was knowledgeable, honest and did a wonderful job with the installation. I always have a high level of confidence when I use Bell and was so lucky that Todd was the person who came out.Another great experience. Ben replaces the parts in the toilet tank. He was very reasonable regarding my bid, which was in a signed contract not just a verbal guess, Very professional work and to code. Very far above the other plumbers I have had over my lifetime. I learned a great deal but will call Manny for all my plumbing work. I am retired and felt totally comfortable with him in my home and I would leave key for him if I am out next time. Thanks Manny

A Better Plumber really helped us out of a bind! We had a leaky toilet that was flooding the bathroom. It was around Christmas-time and we were able to get help the next morning. They diagnosed and fixed the problem the next day and we were back to normal. The service was great and the pricing was fair. A Better Plumber will always be our first call!

My line was clogging up on me and my family, and so I call another plumbing company, and they said they couldn't do anything ,then I called anywhere rooted and they showed up within 2 hours and got the clog out and they said that I needed to get it lined so I did, they did a great job and , I haven't had anymore problems would hire again.

Had a busted tub/shower, the only one in the house so it was important to get it fixed quickly. Jim (jr and sr) came over to look at the broken pipe and drain. They gave me two quotes depending on what could be wrong with it. They were in and out fast, with the cheaper quote (very fair) and everything works now better than new. They were very personable and did a great job for us. Thank you!

Steve came the same day I called - within an hour, actually! He was able to pinpoint the cause of a frozen pipe (a valve inside that wasn't functioning properly) and repair it within a couple hours. He was polite, friendly, respectful -- my dog loved him and Charlie a good judge of character. I will call them again.
