Recent basement flooding, we have requested consultation from several companies and unfortunately gotten different recommendations from each. That said, Clarence from High 5 was extremely polite and thoughtful, and I appreciated his matter-of-fact approach. There was also no pressure to sign a contract on the spot, a refreshing change for us in this whole ordeal. I was not aware of the $49 consultation fee if no work is done, but it is reasonable cost - just be aware.

Shaun was/ has been amazing! While the parts did take a long time to come in ( not their fault) the service and repair was great. Shaun took the time to explain everything to me, show me the malfunctioning parts, and give me options and estimates on current and future services. He understood my frustration and met me with kindness and expertise. And they stand by their work. Highly recommend

They were awesome. Great value. Techs were professional and did awesome work. They installed a new water heater and moved the location as well. Would recommend. I had bids from several others and they were the best price, provided the best information, amd the inspection was a breeze. Do not use Bell Plumbing. And parker heating and air are several thousands more for the same equipment.

I called to have someone come out inspect our sump pump. Abraham came out super polite, professional and knowledgeable. The new pump they installed was way better quality and it only took about 1 1/2 hours. Any plumbing needs I will always call and refer people to Jim Needham.

Steve was AWESOME! We unfortunately had a sewage backup and within 2 hours, Steve came to save the day! He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I 100% recommend this company and Steve was absolutely wonderful! Will definitely use again (hopefully not anytime soon!)
