This company was very responsive during a water emergency with my shower, and had somebody out within the hour, I wasn’t aware of the price until the technician showed up and I told him I couldn’t have him do the work for that amount because I didn’t have that much money, he worked with me on the price and got the work done in a very short amount of time. Even on a Saturday! Cannot thank this company enough.

We called APC for routine maintenance on our water heater. After completing the work our technician, Malcom, noticed that our water pressure was lower than it should be. He found a valve that needed adjustment and fixed the problem immediately. It had been that way since the house was built and we hadn't realized it. He caught it because of doing a very thorough job. Definitely 5 stars!

David took the time to assess the clogged drain and determined that it had cleared itself, so there was no need to proceed with the service. My money was returned, and there was no charge. We had a great experience getting our water heater and furnace looked at on the same day.
