After waiting for 10 hours from another service I called High Five hoping they could fix my water emergency. Caleb was at my house less than an hour from calling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in about an hour. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions and walk me through how the new equipment works. We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. Set up the appointment on line within the SAME day of service. Technician was at my house that same afternoon. Sewer was clogged up on a weekend and because of labor day I could not find anyone to come out until Tuesday or Wednesday. Noah gave excellent customer service, was quick and efficient!

Mike was punctual for his time window and offered to help me move the door to access my crawl space. He was efficient and professional. When he was done, he explained my furnace’s problem points, and broke down the costs per the parts and costs that were at the end of their lifetime. He answered the questions I had regarding my furnace, and was very helpful in giving me an honest opinion of my HVAC system. He was respectful of my not wanting an estimate on a new furnace, and highlighted the phone number I could call when I was ready. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!

It was a gas leak but I think I was overcharged for him to put some plumbing tape On two fittings that took him less than an hour to do And charge me 375😟😟
