Jennings Plumbing team was very responsive, timely, creative, professional, and delivered a High Quality solution for our Master Bath plumbing challenge running piping inside an exterior porch ceiling. They created a shutoff and drain system that even though manually operated, should dramatically reduce copper pipe freezing risk during our north Texas winters. My only area of opportunity for Jennings Plumbing would be in pricing side, higher than competition.

Been trying to get them to come out and do warranty work on a job done on a house I just bought. It's been around a month since I first emailed them because I couldn't get ahold of anyone. Nobody answers the phones. Only one person is answering my emails and is apologetic enough, but the guy that is in charge of the job won't reply. Can't speak to their work because I can't get them to show up in the first place!

Matt and Drew were incredibly professional and able to reroute the pipes in a way that not only repaired the slab leak, but rerouted it to ensure a future leak would not happen all without having to ruin the floors and go under the house. Our insurance company sent two men from Herndon McFarland plumbing to our home today to check for a leak. After calling to say they were running late and would be at the house by 1:30, they finally showed up at 2:45. While performing their inspection, they broke our shower drain and left without disclosing it. Very unprofessional to do that and not communicate it, and as this was a custom design job performed by the previous owner, it will be almost impossible to fix. Very unhappy and I do not recommend that they be left unsupervised in a home.
