We called Matt for water leakage issue in one of our bathroom faucet. I thought of changing the faucet but he fixed the faucet and saved my money to buy a new one. He said it’s a small fix and we didn’t get charged for that. He is our all time plumber. Prices also reasonable. Definitely recommended.

I need to say that this company is what they truly call a Family Company! I am beyond impressed of how well they handled my plumbing issues, Fernando was so professional and courteous! They fixed my Leaks,did tests neccessary to detect leaks in the most efficient way! I was cheated by another company for 5,100 (which did not do the work properly) and Reeves came to the rescue! DFW Pipe & Plumbing really came through. I contacted their competition but they told me 2 weeks to get on the schedule. Not DFW Pipe. They came and gave me an estimate the same day and fixed my slab leak the next. Better yet, they did not nickle and dime me. I paid what was quoted, even though the job was not as anticipated. Call and have Wendy take care of you. She is the best :)

While visiting my uncle down in Grand Prairie and in the middle of the night the damn water pipe popped and these guys were the only ones who answered my call. Dan Jordan has a no BS attitude and I like that. He got right to the point of the issue without going through different scenarios and adding up costs. He even took videos of each item so that I could see the progress of the drain cleaning and we took care of everything inside the house. Highly recommend for a fast and easy experience.

They did the HVAC system at ournew build and the duct system is terribly done. Rooms are temps are not balanced with over 15 degrees variation in temp. Not responsive to repair requests and eventually after months of contacting the builder, they came out 3 times to rebalance the air and every single time they made things worse. Do yourself a favor and make sure that your builder did not use them and they did, make sure that your HVAC system is i.spected by a reputable company. Would strongly recommend against using them.

The Pipe Doctor have Fast and reliable service. the technician from The Pipe Doctor was amazing!! He has patience and determination to find and fix the problem. Cleaned up everything and cared about us, making sure everything was working properly. if you need professional plumbing or local plumbers, call them .

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
