Mark Ondras sold the business and the new owners are way over priced. I cannot recommend this company anymore.

UPDATE: The person who wrote the reply to my review stated that he is Mark Ondras and that he never worked on my plumbing. This person is obviously lying. If need be I'll post the invoice here and the voicemail from Mark saying he sold his plumbing business. Given the fact that they are lying, use them at your own risk. To the person pretending to be Mark, simply check your old invoices for my name and phone number. Call me and I'd be happy to set you straight.

Looked over the possible cause of gas leak, spoke with generator contractor about where it may be. Ascertained the gas cutoff in attic and is returning to test the control knob and parts to determine that is place of leak. Very professional and responsive .

Did a great job, Arrived on time and stuck to estimate. Will be our new go to plumber .

James was our first and only call, he is awesome! We HAD a leaking tub drain & overflow pipe in one of the tightest areas between 2 floors and he knocked it out of the park. James was very polite, and so considerate of our home and time. We will never call anyone else again! 5 stars all the way around!!!

We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). We will certainly use them again in the future!

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

Everything regarding our experience was TOP NOTCH professional, from the initial phone call all the way to the final follow up call. Our technician was Wendell. He was very knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problem. He thoroughly explained the problem then gave us our options. He took his time making sure to explain the diagnosis and resolution along each step. We have already given recommendations to several family and friends. We appreciate the wonderful customer service and budget friendly repair. It wasn't cheap but we believe the price was fair.

These plumbers called in by Insurance Company to run water sewer test - then they broke the only remaining operable toilet (didn't say a word, or offer to repair their mistake). Had to tell Insurance Company to get then to repair and send $$ to fix. Herndon McFarland tried to down-play damage - if this is how they are with 'insurance', how are they hiring them for your needs?!! If I could give them MINUS 30 freezing marks I would. Horrible people - the plumber who came out to run the tests was rude, arrogant and yelled at the people doing work on site.

Straight honest guy had emergcy came out fixed ut right away didnt over charge was honest about what was broke would recommend to any great service thanks again

We've used this company for almost 10 years now and they've done a number of rehab & improvement jobs over this time (pipe lining, fixed leak in yard from meter to the house, new fixtures, etc). Recently, we had a plumbing problem that popped up with a job from 9 years ago and they stepped and fixed the problem quickly. Couldn't imagine how they could've done a better job! Highly recommend them!

I give Johnny a 10/10 rating. He was professional, knowledgeable and relayed information completely and in terms I understood. I was made aware of the price of the task and how many hours it would be. He worked well with me and was professional and had a positive personality. I appreciate his many years of experience. Highly recommend Michaelangelo Plumbing! Prior to contacting them, we had 4 others companies out...none of them seemed to want the massive job we had. They either didn’t give us a quote or would say, “I don’t know when we could start the job...could be several months”. We had no working master bath and they wanted us to wait months, which we figured would drag on. Michaelangelo Plumbing came out assessed the work needing to be done and gave us a thorough quote with options. Once we decided on the plan of action, the work started in less than a week. Throughout the process they were always on time and communicated everything. They went above & beyond and treated us like family. You won’t be disappointed and their work is top quality.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
