I called him to go to my mother-in-law's house. She needed a new washing machine installed and two new water faucets installed. Mike Salazar got there on time and finished very quickly. I will use him again and definitely recommend him to anyone.

James was our first and only call, he is awesome! We HAD a leaking tub drain & overflow pipe in one of the tightest areas between 2 floors and he knocked it out of the park. James was very polite, and so considerate of our home and time. We will never call anyone else again! 5 stars all the way around!!!

They repaired my water leak and found that my house’s plumbing was not up to par and not insulated. They recommended a repair plan and gave me different options.

Very poor communication. Called in for an emergency plumbing repair. Was told it was going to be three hours before they could arrive which would’ve put the repair between eight and 9 o’clock in the evening, got a call back with about an hour left in that window saying that they could not come that night. Told him that we needed someone out early, and that we were trying to leave town. They assured me that I would have the first available slot beginning at 7:30 AM in the morning. I got a call at 7:51 saying that they were not going to be able to come for another three hours. I called them back and the gentleman told me that all the jobs had been dispatched out and that “every job carried over to the next day”. Not sure if I believe that having been in this business before. A company this large should never have a client wait a minimum of 6 hours to get to an emergency repair. Understand some of the reviews would state that it was very good work With this being a regulated industry, it should be done very well, their license depends on it. Where you win or lose the review, is with how you handle the customer from the beginning. I’m extremely disappointed and now more inconvenienced. If they had just told me that they could not get to me for another three hours in the morning, it would’ve given me at least enough time to find another contractor. But I guess most people will wait it out and they will still get the work.

I hate giving bad reviews but felt others need to know my experience with this company. Here are the facts:

This started with water leaking between the floor and toilet. I figured it was the wax ring so I went out and purchased one and replaced the old one. It did not work. I pulled the toilet and saw that water was standing in the pipe. I checked yelp and called Jennings because of the good rating.

They came out and first said that the flange needed replaced. They could patch it for $450 or do it right for $1200. I went with the $1200. They also said they would check the line for the clog but never did. The first person did not put the flange back in the correct position but after a call to Shawn, the owner, they came back out and put it where it needed to be.

I then paid another company $220 to repair the tile. I knew I was going to have to absorb this cost.

Included in the $1200 was for Jennings to come back out and re-set the toilet. The person they sent out to set the toilet told me that there was now a leak between the tank and bowl. He said the gasket probably dry rotted. He suggested I replace the toilet and he would come back and re-set it for $275. Or he could re-build it for $375. This is only a 10 year old Kohler so I figured I could replace the gasket if needed. Turns out I didn't need to! I checked the bolts between the tank and bowl and they were loose. I snugged them up and the leak was solved!

I was pretty upset with the up sell and left a message for Shawn to call me so I could tell him my experience with his company. He never returned my call.

Now I am out $1440 and still have the same problem of the pipe being clogged. I plan to call another plumber as I have lost all confidence and trust in Jennings.

After putting up with a leaking shower head for some time, I called Black Tie Plumbing for help. Chad Stanley came out the next day. He was very professional, assessed the problem, gave me the cost (with no high pressure sales), and I agreed to have him do the work. He finished in the time allotted, the price was what he quoted, and I couldn't be happier!

Kurt was awesome! He made sure to ask all necessary questions as well as took the time to explain in detail, including giving us options and scenarios of what the cause could have been and what outcome we’d get. Also- he came earlier than planned which was an added bonus!

I called Herndon McFarland to detect a potentially slab leak detection. They correctly determined it was a pipe issue in the front of the house. Another plumbing company incorrectly diagnosed a slab leak which was wrong.

Great Company!! If I could give 10 Stars, I would! Gives GREAT prices and does even Better Work! They come out and get the job done right the 1st time! I will be referring Gabe to everyone I know that needs plumbing work done!

I woke up in the middle of the night w/water running in my bedroom walls. The water heater that is located in the attic over our Master bedroom was failing causing water to leak into the water heater pan and out through the emergency overflow drain pipes. The DFW Pipe team came out and replaced the tank w/a tankless water heater. No more worries about tanks rupturing in my attic. The plumbers are great!

Highly recommend Michaelangelo Plumbing! Prior to contacting them, we had 4 others companies out...none of them seemed to want the massive job we had. They either didn’t give us a quote or would say, “I don’t know when we could start the job...could be several months”. We had no working master bath and they wanted us to wait months, which we figured would drag on. Michaelangelo Plumbing came out assessed the work needing to be done and gave us a thorough quote with options. Once we decided on the plan of action, the work started in less than a week. Throughout the process they were always on time and communicated everything. They went above & beyond and treated us like family. You won’t be disappointed and their work is top quality.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
