Tammy from Reeves Family Plumbing, cancelled my (2nd attempted) appointment that was set up in a week in advance. She stated that they will look to come between the time window of 12pm-3pm. She called me around 11:15 and left a voicemail that if I do not call her back in 10 minutes that she was going to cancel my appointment. I did not realize she called until 12:00pm and that's when I called her back. That's when she told me that they still moved on from my appointment. She wanted to reschedule me for tomorrow morning but that does not work for me as I am off today which is why it was scheduled for today. In the future, maybe try giving a call the day before and let the customer know that you have a specific time they should expect your services. Do not call an hour before your range and expect someone to be free and waiting on your call and give them an ultimatum.

Last week my 1st attempted appointment had the same window of time (12pm -3pm) frame and their ETA was 3:30 pm.

Based on the reviews I was really excited about doing business with this company, but it seems they have scheduling issues and customer service is not expected to resolve such an easy matter.

Worked with Brian and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor I’d never met. Prices were as advertised, disclaimer of potential additional costs for the job were given before arrival (just a few bucks in parts that he went to Home Depot for and showed us receipt ((even told us he didn’t use certain parts and didn’t charge us for them)) only like a $40 difference).

We didn’t have the most typical of situations, but he offered a legit solution that would keep us within the original quoted price. Let us know the pros and cons of each choice.

Job was done quickly and professionally. Brian even check back a few days later to make sure everything was still working properly.

Just recently, we have experienced a lot of issues with our water heater. Aside from the leaks, we have been hearing a loud noise and their tech found that it was from sediment build up. He was really quick in assessing the problem and was very professional and respectful. He even went an extra mile to examine sewer drain outs and did an awesome job.

Home Depot / ARS Promo. WARNING! I was approach at Home Depot about a tune up special for my AC. Sounds reasonable except now my system is not working at all. I ran the heat last night and turned it off around 2PM and the ARS tech showed up at 4PM. With in 5 minutes my Nest thermostat was displaying a message that the RC wire wasn't connected. Now they wanted a $80 diagnostic charge to find out what was wrong. It was working just fine 2 hrs ago I called the contact and she got a supervisor to come out. They arrived 6:30 and at 8PM his conclusion was that my mother board and transformer were no good and it would be $700 to fix.My system was working before they got here and now it is not These people are crooks and scam artists
