Excellent service provided well beyond expectation. They were very professional from the moment I contacted Patrick about our water pipe leak to the moment Jon resolved our issue. I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible. We are remodeling our bathroom and we need to do some plumbing work so we called 3 plumbing companies to ask for estimates as everyone knows estimates are asked to compare and choose the most convenient!
My husband told them what was the purpose of the estimate.
One of the companies happen to be S&T plumbing llc. Located in Irving. They came give us the estimate, much higher price than the other two companies so since we didn't take it we were asked to pay $65. service fee.
I consider it very unprofessional. He should of at least tell us that he was going to charge us for the estimate.

If you have a clogged toilet use Pipe Experts. They are efficient and don't charge for unnecessary services unlike most plumbing companies. I would use them again.

We needed work on a bathroom faucet and aerator and the handle on hot water in one of showers. I received notifications of when the repairman was going to arrive and he was right on time. He identified the problems quickly and attempted to fix with what he had on hand. However, both problems required additional products and he indicated that he would pick up and come back tomorrow or as scheduled. He was very professional and I appreciated his explanations. Would definitely use again.

I was not only able to make a same-day appointment, but I received a call asking if the tech, Keith, could come early! This is the second time this has happened with BillyGO. I was thrilled! Keith showed up and fixed my faucet SO FAST! Not only that, but since I had the parts and tools, I wasn’t charged for the service. I appreciate not being taken advantage of. I almost cried. The service was excellent. We recieved same day service it took them about an hour to come out. Very honest people they could have taken $100 more but he came back and said he told his boss he thought $188 was a little to high for coming out and insert the cameras underneath the house. We were just very thankful we had no leaks but God bless this honest man. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs I highly recommend them.
