One of the best service experiences I have had. The gentlemen that came to my home, Rodrigo and Humberto, were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived by taking the initiative and time to sweep the standing water from the broken water heater out of the garage. They are friendly on the phone, they show up on time, they are very friendly, respectful, and professional in every part of the job... They will stop what they are doing if you have questions and their work is excellent... I was out of hot water for 3 days I couldn't get anybody out to my house to fix/replace my water heater... Myself and my family had to go to the gym to take showers which was just little inconvenient... I called Same Day Water Heaters Sunday Night and they said they be there at 11:00 the next day and they were! Totally recommend them to anybody because the work they did was excellent! The crew was extremely pleasant and professional, especially Blue, the crew head. He walked through the entire process and subsequently how to set up the heater, especially new features.

They came out to confirm the price on installing a new water heater. After examining our existing water heater, they said they thought it was good and we just needed to get an electrician out to fix the problem. They were correct. I respect their honesty and if and when we do need a new water heater we will use them.

Mr. Daniel Garcia was a true professional from start to finish. He arrived on
time as promised and removed the items to be removed. He cleaned up
everything before leaving.

He also explained the process as to when he would be coming back. After
the work was completed, he again arrived on time to re-install the items.
He even cleaned them after doing so and cleaned the area where he worked.

All the time he was very courteous, friendly and professional in his
work. If I ever have some work done in the future, I would certainly call
Home Depot to send Mr. Garcia back again into my home.

Same Day Water Heaters issued a quote on the water heater. It was a Rheem 50 gallon 6 year model from Home Depot. The quote for installing it required a plumber to be on-site. The cost will depend on the city’s code. Also, the current setup (connections, drain pan, height from the floor, etc.) on the house. Before buying the house, our inspector pointed out issues. He said the connections were not “up to code”.
Brandon Andrews arrived on time, as well as calling us before arriving. He explained what new connections he was going to install. He pointed out some cost savings. Putting a pipe through the storage room walls would cost more. He checked Mansfield’s code online to make sure he was up to date and complete.
His tools were professional quality. He laid them out in a functional pattern on the garage floor. He was an efficient worker.
He did some tests, including the pressure relief outlet. Then he took photos of the water heater, along with the serial number.
He scheduled an appointment with the city inspector. He told us when to expect him.
At the end, Brandon showed the receipt on his tablet to sign.
Yet, the inspector did not come. I reported this to Same Day Water Heaters. It turns out the there were more tasks than the city inspectors could handle. They will call back. So far, nothing from the city inspectors.
*** Update ***11/11/2022
Same Day Water Heaters called back. It seems Mansfield is the only city in their operating areas that still has Covid precautions using remote inspection. Arlington, where I moved from, has on-site inspections. A plumber will be available to give Mansfield the remote inspection on Wednesday.
Same Day Water Heaters was very kind. They called to apologize for the inconvenience, explaining my new city's rules, and sent a Home Depot gift card.

Needed to replaced leaking water heater. Contacted SDWH via Home Depot. Team from SDWH reached out to me within minutes, provided me a quote and scheduled install next day. Long story short, new heater installed.

Mike was on time and showed me his I’d. He was courteous, explained what he was going to do and why. Mike cleaned up the area and promptly completed the water heater installation.

I thought my hot water tank was leaking so I went to Home Depot and picked out a new one. I called their same day installation number to book a plumber to install the tank. Jerry Mathews was the plumber they sent me. After Jerry inspected my old tank he determined that it was not leaking and was producing hot water. Jerry suggested that at this time I really did not need to replace my old tank. Thank you Jerry Mathews for being truthful, honest and professional on your visit to my house this past Monday. I will definitely use them again when the time comes to replace the current tank.

Luckily found this company through Home Depot. They were HALF the price of the other estimates, including Lowe's for installing water heaters. I will always use them. They have set pricing so there is no commission mark up. Very impressed with their work and customer service!

Waited a WEEK for somone to come out. When they did come out was given a higher estimate (1k+) to replace.
Had scheduled for the replacement, just to have them no call no show.
Called multiple times with excuses and then told we would be contacted, when THAT didn't happen, we called back multiple times, eventually just to be told they can't do it.

This is absolutely ridiculous and beyond unprofessional.

It is one thing to be simply incompetent but it is another to string along families right before Christmas with excuses and lies.

It is disappointing to even see this company have extended from Texas into Arkansas.

If you are out of your league with expanding into multiple states, keep your shady business in Texas. It is very clear you all have zero interest in actually doing any work what so ever.

Freezing weather expected this week and no hot water. You all should truly evaluate your work standards, because as it sits now a circus of clowns could do a better job then what you all have done.
If I could give a negative rating I would, it still would be more then you all earned.

The workers arrived on time, completed the installation of the water heater in short order and showed photos of the new
heater and installed related parts. The area was cleaned up before they left.

Same day service was so quick and easy! I was called immediately after selecting a hot water heater. I was not able to have installation that day because of the time I made my selection! Had I been earlier it could have been done the same day. The next day I received a call saying he will be here in 30 minutes and he was. He checked the roof, the attic to adhere to state regulations! Keith Robbins gave me a straight up price on the replacement water heater and what parts and labor that were needed to bring all up to code. Showed me the Coppell City requirements printed from Coppell website. Showed me the parts and labor for each code needed. No grey area or games that some plumbers play with prices and un needed work. I got the water heater I asked for and all was installed the next day. Never have I been more pleased with Keith and Company! 10 Stars!!

OMG. Carey was a very professional and congenial person. He's been to my home 4 times and each time he has been punctual and quick. He always wears a mask which I am grateful for. He also shows his ID every time even though he has been there multiple times. I really liked working with him.

Bought a $250 electric tankless water heater from home depot to replace a small 20 gal electric water heater in a horse barn.
Plumbing was already run and electric was already run...just needed them to install 2 connections and hook up electrical.

They quoted $1500.00 and they wouldn't do the electrical.

He explained everything in terms of the service to be provided. Gave me my quote, which increased somewhat due to City of Dallas certifications and inspections, and they hauled the old heater away and cleaned their work area. All VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Same Day Water Heater and Plumbing agent Scott arrived as scheduled and took less than two hours to remove and install a new electric water heater located inside my garage.

The price was very competitive and Scott explained the electronic meter setup in easy to understand terms.

I received lots of calls from other plumbers but had to tell them that my water heater was completed four hours ago which was still less than a day when I called the day before which was still close to closing hours.

I would highly recommend Same Day Water Heater and Plumbing to anyone desiring fast and efficient service as well as their strict practice of social distancing and masking that I felt compelled to wear my mask just to be on the safe and courteous side.

They did an excellent job!! The plumber was very thorough and cleaned nicely after job was completed.

Carry Dodd called before he came, asked if I wanted him to wear a mask, showed his business card ID when I answered the door, clean uniform, protected my house from dirt, cleaned work area before starting work, then cleaned again after removing toilet, then again once job was finished. He answered all questions I had. Would use his services again.

I am happy with my installation (Plumber was great) but not happy with their pricing model. I called them over the phone and I was quoted $1,689.69 for the Rheem Performance Platinum 50gal, 12 years with installation included. The plumber got to my home and before I knew it the price went up to $1,932.94, that's a difference of $243.25. Well, I was desperate and we were in winter so I decided to let them do it. I called the following day for an itemized receipt but and rep decided to drop the phone. I called again and they sent me a Home Depot receipt with the amount of $1, 932.94. I thought the receipt was going to show how much the installation was and that of the Water heater but no, it just showed how much I paid to them. I went to the home depot online and discovered that the Performance Platinum 50 Gal. Tall 12 Year 40,000 BTU Natural Gas Tank Water Heater was selling for $869.00. Meaning Same Day Water Heaters charged me a whoopping $1,063.94 just for the installation. This is outrageous and unfair to treat your customers this way. If you're in the market to get a new water heater, i will advice you to buy the water heater yourself and have them install it for you, that's if they will or better still get another company to do it for you, their modus operandi is just too shady and it is unacceptable, and I blame Home Depot for misleading me.

I bought a new water heater from Home Depot. SamedayWaterHeaters is Home Depot contractor to install my heater in the attic. This company does not know how to install it correctly. They pushed up the exhaust pipe too far out of the roof flashing, and did not correct it. Because of that, now there is a leak through the exhaust pipe onto the heater.
Update: I called the number as requested by the owner response. The person answering the phone told me that there was no Nikki B., and put me on hold for 20+ min. Then the line was dropped. The bottom line is still don't trust this company to do a correctly job for you

Nothing “same day” about this place. Had a representative come to my house nearly a week ago and was promised a quote that day. Haven’t heard anything back by email or phone. I’ve had to call them back a couple time to find out what’s going on because we are without hot water. Still nothing has changed.

QUOTE FOR TANKLESS WATER HEATER

Was going to call them, but the number comes up as out of the Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. Tried calling twice and had to dial in some crazy two digit number, different each time. This all makes me too nervous; seems like they are trying to hide something. Buyer beware!

I was very pleased with the work that Cary Dodd did for us installing our new toilet. He was very professional, on time and knew exactly what he was doing. Same Day Water Heaters Company really helped with the scheduling and the follow up on our install! Same Day Water Heaters came to my rescue when my gas hot water heater developed a bad leak in the bottom of the tank. I'm an elderly cancer patient sheltering in and I am unable to go out and take any chances of getting Covid. When I called SDWH, I spoke with Diana, and she said they could do all the physical leg work for me once I arranged the purchase of a new water heater from Home Depot, which I did using my credit card over the phone. Diana and the installers were very professional and friendly in every step of the process and the installers showed up on time. They made the whole experience very easy for me, and they made sure to wear masks and socially distance when working in my garage switching out the water heaters. Since my old water heater was still under warranty, they took the faulty unit back to Home Depot where I received credit back towards my new and upgraded water heater. Once they dropped of the old water heater, they picked up the new one waiting in Will Call, and brought it back to my house and installed it in a very short time! I now have a new 50 gal Rheem gas water heater, installed up to code, with a new 9 year warranty and plenty of hot water and no more leakage! I highly recommend Same Day Water Heaters who are the certified water heater installers for the Home Depot!

Before installing new countertops, sinks and faucets the plumber came out to disconnect our faucets/drains. He came out again once everything was installed to reconnect it all. He had to re-pipe and hook it to the new drain. He came when expected and was personable yet professional working quickly. I would use them again. Highly recommended.

Kevin Sparks did an exceptional job at installing our 80 gallon heat pump water heater. Also when everything was completed he cleaned up the area and hauled away any installation debris.

Appointment was 8AM-5PM.

Technician did not arrive until 3:30PM and did not bring any of the 4 toilets we purchased to install nor did he even know where to pick them up.

He then proceeded to try to add over $800 to the install price that we already paid $1000 for.

Entirely unprofessional and absurd. He tired to charge us to replace new valves, he tried to charge us $300 to replace the “o-ring” on our toilet. For those of you that don’t know…. That isn’t a thing. The flange on one of our toilets might need to be replaced, but that’s a $8 part.

In total these idiots tried to charge us over $1800 labor for 4 toilets… more than $450 per toilet not counting the $250 for the actual toilet.

Stay away from these people. Dishonest at best.

Brandon did a great job and took time to explain an answer questions! The company communicated very well, and I am very satisfied with the work done. No one looks forward to having to replace a water heater, but when they do they should let Same Day Water Heaters do the work!

Gary Traversie (plumber) did an outstanding job of replacing my water heater. He arrived on time, introduced himself, described what he would be doing and cleaned up after completing the replacement. My only regret is not requesting his contact information for additional small plumbing jobs that I may require his skillset.

Stay Away from this company. We contacted Same Day Water Heaters to install brand new Reem 50 Gal Gas water heater. The company quoted us a price of $941 to install both water heaters. They sent plumber to install it. The plumber quoted us the price of $1,439. When the plumber opened the box, one of the water heater was damaged at the bottom. The plumber said it's minor damage and it's OK to install. After installation, our neighbor came to look at it. He suggested that we call Rheem customer support to make sure the water heater is OK to install and use. We sent pictures to Rheem and they said the damaged Water Heater should not have been installed by the licensed plumber. Now, we have to uninstall the damaged one and purchase a new one. We will have to pay installation fees twice not to mention the headache we have gone thru. We went by the recommendation of Home depot for installtion so we contacted Same Day Water Heaters company. We need refund of the installtion.

Michael Reider delivered great service. He was flexible and accommodating when we had to swap our order for a 40 gal. to a 50 gal last minute. I would recommend him and this business. Diana was also super helpful with information during the appointment and planning phase.

Replaced two 50 gallon water heater tanks with a single 11 GPM tankless. The device is spectacular and the actual installation was flawless but the back office felt chaotic and disorganized. Overall I’d use them again but would like to see them straighten out the scheduling and coordination kinks.

I scheduled a quote to replace my water heater tank with a tankless system through Home Depot. Scott Ledbetter with Same Day Water Heaters & Plumbing Company arrived on schedule and looked over my situation. He made some recommendations and provided a quote. He was friendly and professional.

Cdodd came to disconnect our toilets before new flooring was installed. He arrived during the time we were given, wore his mask and badge the whole time and was very professional while at our house. He also double checked our refrigerator hookup to make it would not leak during the installation. We were very happy with the service!

6 hours to install the water heater and he forgot batteries for his pump and drill and made a mess

I had a kitchen sink and garbage disposal installed. The plumber, Richard, answered any questions I had and was very professional during the installation. He explained how everything was installed and how to keep the sink and garbage in good condition and how to clean them. He removed the boxes and cleaned up the area when he was finished. He called when he was on his way, told me his name, arrived when he said he would, and introduced himself again. I was very pleased with the whole visit.

We had Sledbetter and another tech (sorry, didn't catch his name) come to our house in the OKC area for a service visit. Both technicians were very courteous and professional. They also had some good feedback as well on a certain noise that I heard coming from the unit recently, and just general knowledge of our water heater and such. Will definitely recommend!

Learned about the company while looking for a new water heater. I went to Home Depot with the intent of lugging a water heater to my vehicle but called first and found that they would bring the water heater to the house, have the connections and materials and install all the same day! Very convenient. It may cost a little extra if you have a older home that needs to be brought up to today’s code. But great overall experience.

My water heater recently stopped working and I went to home depot to exercise my warranty. The installation team set me an appoint same day and had a technician out the next day but gave me a discount because it was not on the same day. The technician Donnie Poarch was supposed to come at 3pm, but called and came in at 11am. He was very helpful and gave me at lot of tips to keep up with the water heater. All in all, this was one of the smoothes customer support experience I have ever had. I would recommend calling Same Day Water Heaters and ask for Donnie if he's available.

Made an appointment and they came the next day. The rep on the phone informed me of my options and I felt more knowledgeable than I did with my last purchase. The service professional was kind and timely. I had to leave for a doctors appointment and he told me I would have hot water by the time I returned. I came back an hour later and he was gone and the hot water was working!

Our experience with this plumbing company was one of the best ever. The plumber, Edward Eherrera, arrived on time for the removal and installation of a new toilet in the bathroom connected to the master bedroom He worked quickly, was careful to avoid making unnecessary mess, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The installation was flawless. He put in a double wax seal to ensure against leaks and neat caulking sealing the base to the tile floor. Before leaving Edward broke down and folded the packing cartons and put them in the recycling bin. The toilet has worked flawlessly with no leaks whatsoever. During the visit Edward answered our questions and concerns; Our experience with this plumber was outstanding and we would have no hesitation in using him for future jobs or recommending him to others.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with SDWH ( Same Day Water Heater) , and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. If you're in need of water heater services and have limited knowledge about the subject, I strongly advise you to stay away from this company. Not only did they overcharge me for parts, but they also replaced them with substandard alternatives without my consent.

To begin with, I was shocked when I received the bill and noticed a significant 7-8% markup on the parts they used. The most blatant example was the pressure valve and outlet, which they charged me a staggering $150 for plus installation fee $400+. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the same parts were available at Home Depot for a mere $25. It became abundantly clear that this company was taking advantage of customers' lack of knowledge to inflate their profits unjustifiably.

Furthermore, when I requested that they replace the PVC pipe they had installed with a copper pipe, the plumbers informed me that they did not have one in stock. Instead of rectifying the situation or attempting to accommodate my request, they nonchalantly replaced it with yet another PVC pipe. Their disregard for my preferences and their apparent lack of concern for quality workmanship were extremely disheartening. Anyways waiting for the City's picture inspection report/permit.

To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and questioned the plumbers about these discrepancies, they informed me that the exorbitant charges were the result of the company's policies, absolving themselves of any responsibility. It became evident that arguing with them would be futile and that the issue was systemic within the company.

In light of my experience, I implore anyone seeking water heater services to steer clear of SDWH. Their unethical business practices, exorbitant charges, and substitution of substandard parts are unacceptable. As consumers, we deserve transparency, fairness, and quality service, which this company clearly fails to deliver.

Save yourself the frustration, financial burden, and disappointment by seeking out a reputable and trustworthy company that values customer satisfaction above all else. It is imperative that we support businesses that uphold ethical standards and provide reliable service, and SDWH certainly falls short in these regards.

Please heed this warning and share it with others to ensure they don't fall victim to the unscrupulous practices of SDWH.

Waste of time! First plumber came out and told us since the water heater is in the attic with no pull down ladder, they can’t lift into the attic. Whatever, no biggie. So my brother and I brought the water heater into the attic. I call again and request that they just install the heater and leave the old unit up there. My brother and I will bring it down. They again said no since there’s no pull down ladder. What kind of plumbers are you guys? Don’t have to do any heavy lifting- just the actual installation and line connections. But nope. All because of no pull down ladder. Don’t waste your time with these people.

We contacted Same Day Water Heaters & Plumbing Company for assistance with a water heater that needed to be replace. Donny and another gentlemen showed up on time and provided exceptional customer service. I can, without hesitation, recommend this company and these two specific individuals.

BEWARE! Ya’ll these people are a scam. 900 dollar quote over the phone for a new hot water tank and 2,700 when they came to my house. They get you by saying city will have to come out for an inspection and they will refund ANY unnecessary work done. But the city only inspects their work and can not give a report of what was necessary or not. Now I’ve been on the phone for WEEKS trying to get this resolved and I can only speak with a call center NO ACTUAL EMPLOYEES WILL CALL BACK. Don’t make the same mistake I made by using this company OR Home Depot. Infuriating that people are doing this to other hard working people. The city knows these people are a scam, they hear stories like mine about this company, they say, all the time.

Do not use! Bait and Switch estimate. Very professional questions and estimates provided initially, only to have the repairman call the morning of the install and say there's an additional at least $350 required if the water heater being replaced is over 3 years old. Of course it is. Who replaces them sooner than that? Why isn't that part of the initial quote?

Same Day Water Heaters through Home Depot installed a new water heater in my home this week. There was a mix up in scheduling and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my install and heater. My plumber, Walter, was so professional and personable. He brought our heater up to current codes and checked checked and double checked to make sure all was working properly. He was courteous and went beyond what I've ever had another plumber do. Install of a new garbage disposal, he was great, had it installed, cleaned up his work area and was out the door within 45 minutes.

The technician who came, Arlyn Tottress, was prompt, courteous and showed his ID badge upon arrival. Unfortunately it was very hot outside and he had to carry all of the toilets up 1 or 2 flights of stairs, but never complained. We were extremely pleased with the work and everything was cleaned up before he left.

Same Day Water Heaters and their plumbing expert Mike Reider took our request from Home Depot and installed it in as scheduled. Mike arrived promptly, clearly explained the work and the costs beforehand, and completed the work in less than a couple of hours. He cleaned up the workspace and hauled away our old water heater. Customer service representatives Zenita and Victoria were very pleasant and helpful to make sure I was satisfied with the results - we are and recommend their service to others!

A young man named Blue handled our installation and I couldn't be more pleased. The placement of our water heater was a little challenging because of some recent construction, but he went the extra mile to make sure that our equipment was installed to code. He explained options for add-ons that we didn't know were available to us. The install was completed with no disruption to our day. He was quick and left everything very clean. His assistant was very helpful to us in getting some things out of the way that were difficult for me to manage. I'm very happy with my choice to go with this company. I had a new Water Heater installed on 10/14/2022. I found the Service provided by Same Day Water Heaters & Plumbing Company to be exceptional. I was very pleased with the Plumber, Gabriel and his Son. Gabriel’s arrival was timely. He was Professional and Friendly. He explained what had to be done prior to install. The old heater was under warranty so he had to drain and remove the old Water Heater, take it to Home Depot and pick up the new Water Heater. He quickly returned, installed it and added a new Gas Flex line. He also pointed out water damage to my home that was caused by the old water heater leaking that I was unaware of, went over procedures for relighting the pilot in the event the pilot went out, explained the remaining years I had on the Water Heater Warranty and went over the City of Fort Worth Inspection. Kudos to Gabriel. I found the Company to be reasonably priced compared to the ridiculously overpriced companies I’d called for quotes. The Company also called after installation to make sure I was pleased with the installation. Will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company.

We were having issues with our sink that they installed a month ago. The hot water had a slow stream. Brad showed up to fix the sink and it just so happened he had installed the new faucet. Brad was very nice and I was not having a great day as my Mom had passed away and I was missing her and very emotional. Brad took the time to fix the faucet and also to talk with me a few minutes and I felt better when he got ready to leave. Brad will always be welcome at our home!

My experience with same day Water Heater installation by Home Depot was great. Mr. Kidd was probably one of the best plumbers we have ever had. He was very polite and professional. We did run into an issue where the representative that I spoke to on the phone put down a larger unit than we needed but Mr. Kidd was very accommodating and took the extra time to go get the correct water heater so that we wouldn’t have to reschedule. Once we had the correct water heater he installed it and had us in hot water super fast. I can’t say enough good things about this plumber and if we ever have to use the service again I’ll be requesting him by name! Thank you again for the great customer service.

We went to Home Depot for a new water heater. Found one for 659.00 We were told that the contractor Same Day Water Heaters would bring it out. There is no such thing as same day with this company. Michael came out 2 days later. His work tablet didn't work, had to hand write everything? Huh? He over charged us by double for just the water heater!! We told him what the price was on the website. He said that's NOT my price. We have pictures of everything- this company is a scam! Michael did install, however couldn't provide the water heater manufacturer manual. Said it wasn't in the box. Bottom line is this company nor the plumbers can be trusted. When Michael was challenged about line by line charges (which is a joke) he said well would it make you feel better if I took 150.00 off? Huh? What ? We are a military family and have never been so lied too by any company in Texas like this one. Buyer beware!!

Best Plumbers/Same Day Water Heaters were the contracted workers for Home Depot on 2 separate jobs we had done in a short period of time on our summer home. The first was a simple dis/re connect of toilets for our flooring project and it went smoothly. No messes left behind, polite, timely and informative workers (1 for disconnect 1 for reconnect- 2 times). Second project was disconnect of kitchen sink for new countertop and new sink reinstall. Through no fault of theirs (Countertop people jacked the install!) BBS ensured we got our sink connected as quickly as they could. Greg McNulty was exceptional!! I guess the new sink (plumbing wise) was much different than the previous one and nothing he usually used was fitting. So instead of rigging it to just making it work, he went all the way back to Home Depot to get parts. It was late on a Friday evening!!Greg knew I had been without a kitchen sink for over a week and really wanted to ensure I had a working sink. Although I will NEVER use Home Depot for any projects again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Same Day Water Heaters/BBS Plumbers. I would definitely request for Greg McNulty to be the plumber! Great guy and great company!!

I was able to get a quote and schedule an appointment with just one phone call. They are contracted with Home Depot to perform installations. I was able to use my Home Depot card for payment. The installation tech, Michael was very knowledgeable about plumbing. Gary Dodd did a 5 star job when he disconnected our plumbing on 4/18/2022 for a new countertop installation. This rating only applies to Gary's excellent work.

On the flip side, little consideration is given by the Same Day Water Heaters appointment's team for appointment scheduling. On both April 18, 2022 and April 19, 2022 I specifically requested an afternoon appointment for plumbing reconnection on April 20th. The schedulers said that they would make a note, but not confirm a scheduling window between 1:00 and 5:00PM. On April 20th I was in a business meeting at 11: 37 when SDWH called to confirm an immediate appointment. I could not address the call until 11:55, but found that I had a follow-up voice mail at 11:53 saying that my appointment was cancelled & would be rescheduled Saturday. When I called the Dallas office said it was not possible to schedule a technician today, but did move the appointment to Friday April 22nd. Suggest they drop the SAME DAY portion from their name & Home Depot reconsider their contract with them

Initially, we had a bad experience with the first crew that came out but we decided to go ahead and allow the company to remediate the issue. And boy, did they! Jonathan (Blue) and his Dad are super stars! They got everything prepped and reset for us. We appreciate them and their service. It says a lot when a company goes out of their way to make things right for their customers. I would not hesitate to do business with them again! I purchased a new hot water heater at Home Depot on 8-9-23 and was told it could be installed the same day. That was good news and what was even better was that the installer could be at my house at 9:00am. I said you're kidding it was about 8:30am then I agreed and made it home to meet the installer. And everything worked out great for me. The installer was very professional, courteous, informative and patient.

Same Day just did a water heater install for my mother in law and she is extremely pleased with the expertise and polite technician Charles Looper who came to her house. The job took a little longer than expected due to some gas lines needing to be reworked but he did a fantastic job communicating what needed to be done and she has hot water again. They damaged my exhaust for my water heater and it was leaking in my attic with the last rain storm. They refused to come back and fix it because of their hidden “waiver” you sign to have the job done.
I would stay away from this company since they refuse to fix what they damaged.

Richard was very professional in taking care of my kitchen sink reinstall. He called ahead of time to let me know his schedule, then called again to let me know his estimated arrival time. He took care of the install quickly and cleaned up before leaving. Great experience overall!

DECKER is probably the most professional and knowledgeable installer I have ever had in my home for any project. This guy works his tail off to make sure everything is installed perfectly.

Decker did a great job on our water heater installation - everything was explained well and completed in a very timely manner. The area was left clean and there were no problems. From discovery of problem in the late evening to complete resolution was less than 18 hours. Couldn’t ask for better.

We had a warranty replacement for a Water Heater from Home Depot. The service provider, Same Day Water Heaters, came out ASAP and replaced it and gave insightful information about the operation and maintenance of the heaters. The process of replacing a water heater was intimidating for a first-time homeowner. I got quotes from another national company for $4k -- ugh. Adam did my installation. It was after a freeze so getting a plumber was almost impossible. I had several delays waiting for delivery, but Adam stayed in touch throughout and offered me good advice on selecting the best waterheater for my situation and stayed with me while I got it ordered. The installation went smoothly and Adam answered all my questions so I understood everything he was doing. Thanks to his advice I actually saved money on the waterheater. The quote from this service was almost half the price quoted from a big national chain that constantly advertises on TV.

So prompt and professional. I even had what I thought was a leak after they fitted a toilet and the responded in great time to discover I had made a mistake and there was no leak! I was not charged for this check which I feel it would have been justified had I been. They did a great job and cleaned up nicely after they were finished.

These guys most definitely engage in bait and switch tactics. I was given a preliminary estimate for a water heater replacement over the phone for $1,300. I set up an appointment for a plumber to come out for a more firm estimate the next morning. The next morning (7:30am) I got a call from the plumber who wanted me to send pics of our current W/H so he could go by and pick up my replacement. I told him that I wasn't ready for installation and was just wanting a more firm quote. He says that he could do that over the phone where he rattled off a whole list of things that I would need for a whopping total of $2,400! I promptly cancelled the estimate visit and told them that I would be using a more reputable service.
Although they denied it, this most certainly is the definition of bait and switch. They knew that they wouldn't put in a new W/H for $1,300 but uses that price point to get in your door. I guess most people are in a jamb because their W/H is most likely out and they have to have it replaced. Fortunately mine is still working (just old and struggling) so I had time to go elsewhere.
They can deny it all they want, but this absolutely is bait and switch. So be careful who you do business with!

Kevin Sparks came to replace the water heater and he did an excellent job. I was very impressed by the service provided by him. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and he communicated well. I would have him back any time for additional services.

Ray Gonzales not only installed the tankless water heater but was able to work around my existing home's screwed up plumbing system. They were professional and and went above and beyond to make sure the new water heater worked appropriately.

I usually love going through Home Depot for some house projects but i will not ever use this company. My toilet had to be removed for a floor installation and i was recommended to buy a new toilet which i did. When the tech came to install the toilet, apparently it was the wrong size and all of a sudden i had a leak that was not there before. I had to pay $125 to have it fixed and then he refused to put the original toilet back on. When i called to schedule to have my new toilet put in, i was left on hold for more than 30 minutes to have the representative have a bad attitude. Now i have to wait a week to have my toilet installed.

My installers name was Decker and he did an outstanding job in explaining everything to me before he started and was very professional throughout the entire job. A great asset to your company

I purchased a hot water heater through Home Depot and received a quote for installation through their affiliate at Same Day Water Heaters. While the phone call with the quote provider failed to ask about dimensions and information about what county I lived in, which ended up affecting the cost of my actual installation, the two installers who arrived at the house went over all of that with me in detail. Scott and Gary were my installers and they went above and beyond to answer questions, explain the process and the needed improvements to pass inspection and to show me how to operate my new hot water heater. Very happy with our service from Scott and Gary.

Jason and his co-worker did an excellent job installing the water heater in a timely and impecibbly clean manner. When the city inspector came to ensure the finished product was up to code, he said they have done a superb job installing this water heater.

We bought a new hot water heater at Home Depot. Same Day Water Heaters called us that afternoon and set up the installation. Gary brought out the new heater a day later and installed it in less than an hour. He answered all my questions and cleaned up the area before leaving. Very quick. The heater works well and the company even called later to see if everything was OK. Good job.

Brad Hudgins and Kasey Graves were very professional in their appearance and conduct! They went about the installation in a yeoman's pace, checking and re-checking every little detail with care! Same Day Water Heaters made the whole procedure a welcome relief since I had been without hot water for 6 weeks!!!
