Lane went above and beyond the call of duty in resolving our tankless hot water heater problems. He worked in the heat until he figured out what was going on. He was very communicative and open to suggestions. He used various resources to learn about our situation. the cost was less than I anticipated. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

Matt was awesome! He replaced the main plumbing line from house to city & it had 50years worth of tree roots he spent a long time and worked hard,professionally & in a very timely matter!

I discovered on a Sunday morning at 10:30 AM that our yard was flooded, and water was pouring out from the shut off box. The plumbers arrived very quickly and worked on the problem, which turned out to be serious, for 7.5 hours. They had to dig at least 3 feet to find the leak but never gave up. They kept us apprised of their progress and were so calm and friendly, even when they were literally working in a ditch, covered in mud, and neighbors were continually quizzing them on their progress. They fixed our leak, and the price was not bad. I thought it was going to break us, being on a Sunday, but they gave us a break instead due to the length of time the problem took to find and repair. This is the second time we've used Reeves Plumbing, and these guys are the best!!!

Everyone I encountered at this company was a pure delight to work with. It was scary to need extensive plumbing work but this team was courteous, prompt, CLEAN and very kind and respectful. The owner even came out when I had a question about a subsequent issue and scheduled the repair right away. They had to dig up an area of my patio and I was pleased with the way they matched my patio stone when they replaced it. They also did a great job protecting my shrubs and replanting them.

As always they did a fine job.

I had 5 other plumbing companies come to my home to attempt to find my leak but none performed the necessary due diligence and ultimately the other companies gave me their best guess - none of which was the real problem. Michelangelo Plumbing meticulously analyzed every inch of my plumbing and delivered a real problem supported by their data. My advice, do not hire a major company because you'll receive a best guess and over priced quote to repair - go with Michelangelo Plumbing and I promise you'll be satisfied with their work!

Called Milestone to fix some outlets that were out and I was impressed with the turn around time. I ended up getting a whole home surge protection system and Jon McGee the technician was extremely professional and polite and quick. Customer service is hard to come by these days but Jon did a great job of it.

Keith was outstanding. On time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend and could not be more pleased.

Service with ARS is always professional and the technicians are always friendly. Customer service representatives always call and remind me regarding service on my system. If I forget to call them back they call and remind me to have my system serviced. I like the reminders because I get busy and forget.Karen A.

Took one look at my water heater that was leaking and said well we will contact your home warranty that might be a few days then left. Made no effort to help to stop the leak or any suggestions. Now I have more home repairs to do as a result.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
