These guys came out same day and got us taken care of in a few hours! We were without water with kids in the house and they had to dig through limestone to find the leak. Found and fixed the leak in a couple of hours. Will definitely call them again next time we meed plumbing help!

Water heater services provided by Ground Up Services were great. Soon after installation an issue came up and the technician immediately responded and fixed it. Prices were very reasonable and much better than other competitors. I recommend this company.

They were very clear what their services are and what they could and would do to pin point my problem and get it fixed. They sent out a very knowledgeable service person who quickly found the problem and not only the leak but the cause. A full detail of the costs and time to repair were provided which seemed reasonable. I agreed and they started the work in a couple of days. The work was completed in the time estimated and at the cost stated. My problem was fixed. No mess left behind. The people were nice and professional and all is well. I would and have recommended them to others .

Very good communication with Thomson Plumbing Service.. showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and fixed it very fast. We had a slow-draining sink which I had tried to snake with no luck .. they used a snake and fixed the issue very fast. The price was fair and on par with what others were estimating.. thanks

I am very impressed with the honesty of this company. I was told by a different company that a clean out was needed, and it would cost over a thousand dollars to install.
So I called Gabe's. Gabe came out to install the clean outs at half the price of the previous quote from the other company.
After he began digging he discovered the clean out was there, just buried.
I had no idea they were buried and wouldn't have known if he hadn't told me. He could have charged me the full price and pretended to install them, but he didn't.

His entire staff has been friendly and professional. I am really impressed and will definitely use them again

The Pipe Doctor have Fast and reliable service. the technician from The Pipe Doctor was amazing!! He has patience and determination to find and fix the problem. Cleaned up everything and cared about us, making sure everything was working properly. if you need professional plumbing or local plumbers, call them .

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
