They came out one evening for a stopped up drain. Very professional and kind. Explained the problem and what they did. Very respectful of my house and family. A friend recommended them and would definitely call them again. Highly recommended.

We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). We will certainly use them again in the future!

Their drivers are reckless and will cause an accident one of these days. Around 5:15 PM, on Wednesday August 17, 2022, one of their drivers was observed failing to yield right of way to emergency vehicles, driving in excess of the posted speed limit by well over 10 mph, lane swapping in a dangerous manner, coming close to striking multiple other vehicles. I can't speak for their plumbing abilities but, if their driving is any reflection, I would not advise using this company.

So...our realtor gave us this company’s name. I called, spoke with one rep, explained what we needed, only to be put on hold and given to another rep who I again explained what we needed. We set up an appointment (for today) but not one ever called or showed up...nothing. Not acceptable! If this is an indication of their work probably for the best.

Details. I called on the day before Thanksgiving and was told a plumber was coming on that Friday between 8am-1pm. Address on Miller in Dallas. I even called after no one showed up and still never received any communication back.

recommend. I had one of the best repair/HVAC work experience. The repairman was through in his assessment and took the time to explain the repairs/recommendations. From scheduling the appointment, work report, and paying my bill I was impressed with experience.

I moved into a new build home, rural, and the owner of this company plumbed and set up my water filter/softener system after testing the water to see exactly what I needed. He also did my connections for my outdoor patio gas grill. Very punctual, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.
