Great customer service!! Eric was fantastic!! He was very friendly, knowledge and joked to make a stressful situation a little lighter!! 4 days of being iced in the house with all of the family and furry family members and the 3rd day no hot water!! We have used AAA for over 13 years and the are the first place I call for any issues! They have a credit service also if you would need it. Fantastic service from the office to the field team!!

and they didnt fix the problem ... the bonehead got the line stuck in the drain cut it and left it there and the said it would cost 2000.00 to get his line out
When i called to try to resolve it he cussed me out... i will never recommend them to anyone ever again.. soo sad and very unprofessional... if you see their truck coming into your driveway turn em down.. they CANNOT take irresponsibility for their own mistakes
