I can not say enough good things about KO! I had already booked them for several projects when the day before they were to come my hot water heater went out. Well not only did they replace that, but still completed allll the projects I had for them. Even with problems because I bought the wrong type faucet, they completed them all. I'm so grateful for this business you have no idea!!!!

Amazing customer service! This plumbing company has helped us out so many times. For some odd reason we always have a plumbing emergency on holiday or during the weekend and someone is always available to at least take the call and help us out! If you live in the DFW area, don’t shop around...call this company!

Brian did an awesome job installing a new hot water heater. I called him he showed up next day. Very professional. Showed up on time. In an out in under an hour. New heater works great. Even got a follow up text to make sure all was working great.

This is the second time I have used Herndon McFarland. I had a sewer leak the first time and a cold water leak under the slab the 2nd time. Both times they were professional, responsive, quickly located the problem and performed a great job. I feel like I can trust them

They charged $75 for a contracted plumber to come out and give an estimate for a job he didn't want. Barely even looked around. Spent more time in his truck writing up a ridiculously high estimate. Got several more quotes for free, so definitely wasted $75.

Very good communication with Thomson Plumbing Service.. showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and fixed it very fast. We had a slow-draining sink which I had tried to snake with no luck .. they used a snake and fixed the issue very fast. The price was fair and on par with what others were estimating.. thanks

The best plumber and great service I recommend

I called for a simple bathroom tile repair that turned out to be a sign of a much bigger problem. They were able to assess the problem and suggest a solution within a few hours of my call. Diego was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the process and provided good advice in order to fix the problem so it won’t come back in the future. I will definitely be calling them for my next project.

I called this plumber on accident and he stayed on the phone with me, had me send pictures of what we were working on, and helped me fix it at no charge, knowing that where I was would mean I was too far to ever get business from me. Good people right here.

Run away. These guys have been called out by the home warranty several times over the past couple years. Every time they try and sell us all kinds of stuff we dont need. Most recent was a water heater that they said they would need to bring up to code and it would be $2700.00. We know what the code requirments are for a water heater and the city inspector looked at it and verified that the water heater did in fact meet code requirments. Stay away from these people.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
