Best Plumbing Service in Irving TX

We were very satisfied with the service we received. They were able to send someone out right away for our backed up tub and toilet in our new home. They fixed the issue completely. The price for repair was very reasonable. I use Mark Ondras plumbing for all my plumbing repairs.

I discovered that I had a leak in my main water line from the street to the house on Saturday. Apparently it had been leaking for several months. Mike came first thing Monday morning (7am) and he had a crew out later to dig to find the leak. House was built in 1969 so the water line was done next to the sewer line almost 5ft down!

Mike was extremely responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend for any plumbing service needs.

We used Proficient Plumbing for a main line gas leak and they were the best offer out of four quotes and the most professional too. They did the job in a timely manner and even helped us get a faster appointment with Atmos to get a technician out sooner to turn the gas back on after they had finished (which they definitely didn't have to do). We will certainly use them again in the future!

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

I called Eddie to install a swap out a gas cooktop, and he did a great job. While other big name hardware stores would not sell me an install service without an inspection first (to ensure size of countertop hole matched the cooktop), each service taking about 2 weeks turnaround, Eddie just went with what I told him about the size match and showed up on time. He and his son-in-law did a great job, checked if there were any gas leaks and then finally his son-in-law was nice enough to warn me that cooktop was calibrated to a very low flame in Low setting, with risk of going off with a ceiling fan or door shutting. So could look up hte manual and calibrate it myself to make the cooktop safe to operate.

The expertise displayed by this plumbing company is truly impressive. Their team's ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions sets them apart. They communicated clearly throughout the process and ensured that everything was fixed correctly. I'm grateful for their professionalism.

SO FRUSTRATING to try to buy a simple part from this outfit, unless it happens to be in the storem
(1) Went to local store to get a simple plumbing partwe dont carry that
(2) looked online---yes we carry it online
(3) Ordered online and it was supposed to be shipped to the local store
(4) 4 days later I phoned store to check if package arrived in the store --after fighting their horrible phone system i was told Gee whiz it was not shipped to the store something went wrong!

HERES WHATS BROKEN IN MY OPINION
(1)STORE/ONLINE sales seem to be disconnected from each other. They live in two different worlds. with no real communication.

(2) Customer Cannot phone store people . Call store in irving and I got somebody in San Antonio sitting at a computer, who claims they will 'check their system and find the answer.

(3) Ferguson has set up a Phone IVR greeting system to try to give people impression of a seamless billion dolar operation, similar to Home Depot's. But they fail on that point. So when you phone the greeting asks you to choose from MANY different departments --Go the store you see 2 people there --who is kidding who? All that false complexity does not help at all

Great service!!!! Would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Quick efficient service

Tech arrived promptly and addressed the problem with urgency. Determined I only needed a small adjustment when I thought I was going to have to replace my garbage disposal for a leak that was occurring.

I moved into a new build home, rural, and the owner of this company plumbed and set up my water filter/softener system after testing the water to see exactly what I needed. He also did my connections for my outdoor patio gas grill. Very punctual, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

This is an awesome company. Fast; friendly, excellent service and they keep the area clean. Their prices were very reasonable. They answer all your questions and explain what needs to be done.
