We enlisted them to do a complete restoration of our plumbing in a one story office building.
$30K later, Installed wrong pipes. We have had sinks draining slowly, came in very reluctantly after stern e-mail saying we will report them to the plumbing examiner. Found out we have a broken pipe under the slab. Verbally agreed it was their responsibility and now refusing to fix it.

Sergio from the Drain Doctor arrived promptly and interviewed me regarding the patient's symptoms: incomplete flushes had gradually became complete blockages that were difficult to dislodge.

He thoroughly examined the patient, 35yo Kohler Wellworth, then delivered his diagnosis - calcium buildup restricting flow through the siphon jet.

Sergio applied vigorous therapeutic treatment to remove the calcium and the patient was cured! Even without insurance the price was reasonable, and I was happy to pay it. Highly recommended

Told me they don’t work on duplexes which is outrageous because plumbing on duplexes is the same as plumbing on a single family home. I wouldn’t trust a plumber who doesn’t know that information.

Kendrick was helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to make the needed adjustments to several items regarding our HVAC system.
