Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

OMG!!!! MATT showed up 1st on a Saturday, fixed the problem with a smile and GREAT FRIENDLY DEMEANOR. HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG & REFUSED THE 1ST BORN!!!! I had to call him back on a totally unrelated issue today, he was here as quickly as possible (me not being his 1st call!) had us up & running clear in no time....HE DID NOT CHARGE US AN ARM, LEG (by now I know better than to offer him another mouth to feed!) As a home owner, you hate to need to call a plumber on a Sunday after one of the guest coming to a birthday party at your house alerts you to the water running out of ground and into the street. But since I did, my first and only call was to Chris. He got me fixed up better than new. I really appreciate that they where able to respond quickly, explain clearly what the issue was and also give us a very fair price on the repair. I don’t want to need them, but when I do, they’ll get the call.

Zak was very good to work with. He repaired the toilet and consulted on a different issue. They will be doing more work for us next week. I highly recommend them!

Worked with Brian and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor I’d never met. Prices were as advertised, disclaimer of potential additional costs for the job were given before arrival (just a few bucks in parts that he went to Home Depot for and showed us receipt ((even told us he didn’t use certain parts and didn’t charge us for them)) only like a $40 difference).

We didn’t have the most typical of situations, but he offered a legit solution that would keep us within the original quoted price. Let us know the pros and cons of each choice.
