He was a great communicator, explaining the issue and the options to tackle it. The fix took him longer than he anticipated, but he kept a positive attitude and continued to update me on developments—despite it being a hot, muggy mid-August afternoon. I called up about a drip/leak and explained what I had tried. Instead of charging me ~$130, they told me where I could get good OEM parts because the knockoff aren't good. $16 dollars later, no drip. So while I didn't use these guys, because of their honesty and helpfulness I will use them when I have a serious issue

I called these guys when I noticed a puddle of water on the side of my home. It turned out to be a leak inside the house from a pipe under the concrete. Frank and his crew came out and found the leak and had it fixed the very next day. The price was fair considering all the work that was done since I did not want to damage my floors. Highly recommend texas slab leak for leak repair. They did a great job for me and gave me a warranty on the job.

I called for someone to come assess the damages to the do for an estimate, and he was impatient, not allowing me to finish my sentence. Then, commenting if we aren’t doing the work, we aren’t coming for free.

I would have given them my business, but I’m not comfortable explaining the damages. I don’t know if if I need a new door or if it can be fixed. Either way, I wouldn’t give them anything.

In the past we had bad luck with other plumbing companies. We have used DFW Pipe & Plumbing numerous times and always had great experiences. We were able to schedule our service quickly, the plumbers showed up on time, and they did great work for a fair price. I won't use any other plumbing company.

I appreciate their service, professional and timing. They even arrived on weekend. They also did clean my vlogged drain at around 30 feet. Also did restored my kitchen sink which is dripping and didn’t charge for it. Best thing , they gave six months warranty. I would recommend.
