Hope Plumbing answered the phone right away and the woman who scheduled our visit was very friendly. Our technician, Richard, was able to come two days earlier than expected despite it being a holiday weekend, which was fantastic. He was friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us several options to choose from, and was able to install our new water heater within a few hours at a good rate. I also appreciated the communication prior to his arrival, in which we received an expected time frame and the name and photo of our technician.

Referred to company off of Angie. Called me almost immediately to offer services. I asked how much this would cost and lady told me she could not quote my install because she did not know how long it would take. I said that’s fine, what’s the hourly rate you bill so I can estimate? (I knew this was an hour and a half job, max). She said she couldn’t give me an hourly rate because it depended on the technician. Which to me seemed odd but I said okay fine. So the person comes to the house the next day, and I told my wife to get a price before he starts. He said $670. To replace an existing garbage disposal and the other one was already removed. I said tell him absolutely not and we will find someone else. He then told her he would do it for $473 instead. Why were being price gouged in the first place is an issue with me, but this price was still insane for a disposal. I said ask him why it’s so expensive, and his response was that the work would take 3-4 hours relocating the drain pipe and then installing the disposal. So in my mind for 3-4 hours of work $473 was reasonable. Way more than I expected since I was pretty confident no plumbing needed moved, but he’s the expert. So he does the work but magically, is done in an hour and 40 minutes as I expected. Except, they still charge my wife $473. So half the amount of time quoted, but same price? So I call the company after he leaves and inquire why something that was was quoted for 3-4 hours at $473 (originally $670) was still $473 when it took half the time. The new lady says they don’t quote work by the hour they quote by the job. Which is the complete opposite thing as what the first rep (Macy) told me and what the technician said as well. So I said why was I told by two people it’s hourly and they couldn’t quote me a price because they didn’t know the length of time , if time isn’t a factor in the price. She said she would escalate and someone would call me by the end of the day. Well not to my surprise, that didn’t happen. I will be disputing this with the credit care company and they can sort it out, but I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone. The technician was very polite and nice, did great work and was wonderful to my wife, so there’s really nothing bad to say about him. But the company is underhanded, lies about pricing, and when they provide pricing it’s 20-30% more than what they actually want to do the work, just to see if you’ll pay it.

Although I do appreciate the timeliness of their person coming out, I feel like the person was more of a salesman than an actual technician. He talked so fast, I barely understood what he was saying. He came in, looked at my water heater, clicked a button and then tried to tell me what needed to be done. I just felt rushed into the decision. I am getting a second opinion.

I had a clogged sewer line that I was hoping to get cleared. I was told it would be $400 just to remove the toilet and look in the pipe. I was also told in order to clear the blockage once they locate it they would have to install a new clean out for $3,000-$5,000, though they couldn't tell me a specific price. I had my toilet off before they even left my driveway and did it myself for for about 100$ with a Home Depot rental auger. I paid them 49$ for coming to talk to me. I found it hard to believe that a professional with high quality tools couldn't have cleared my line for less than $3,400-$5,400 when I did it myself my first try with a basic piece of rental equipment. I was very disappointed.

Tim was extremely professional, and willing to stay late on a hot Friday afternoon to ensure we’d have a working water heater. Sincerely appreciated his demeanor, willingness to help, and professionalism. Highly recommend this firm for good quality work.

Hired Ciriello Plumbing to install 2 new bathroom Faucets and clear a drain. 6 hours later and $738 in labor. I feel $738 is excessive for 2 Faucets and a Drain cleaning. I will give them 2 stars for showing up and finishing the project but way over priced and I felt the gentleman doing the work probably either needs to retire or work as a walmart greeter because he was either very slow or slow on purpose to run up the clock. Definitely wont use them again

The LD Smith people were very professional and were willing to answer all our questions. They came rain or shine. Got a new sewage lateral of 100 feet put in with trenchless technology in three days. Had minimal damage to lawn. Very good at cleaning up afterward. They are nice, competent people.

We had a leak in our basement which ended up being a serious plumbing issue. Any water that went through our pipes ended up on the basement floor. After receiving recommendations and quotes from several companies, we chose 1-800-PLUMBER+AIR. They understood the urgency of our situation and Tammy (sp?) was extremely kind in her communications with us. David and Jerel were very pleasant to work with in an unpleasant situation. They provided details of what they were doing along the way to ensure we understood the reasoning. They also made sure their work was inspected by the city. David gave us some tips about our water softener which was very helpful as well! The owner, Wendy, contacted us which was a pleasant surprise! We also needed a letter regarding the work done and Kyle supplied it the very next day. We will definitely use them again!

Cory our technician was amazing! He was honest and gave us options to fix our problem. It was nice to feel we could trust him and we weren’t being overcharged or told to do something we didn’t need to do.

Their response time was excellent. Gave me an estimate one day and gave me time to prepare. Back the next morning. The plumber wasted no time correcting the problem. He was professional and punctual. Most of all I greatly appreciate his attention to the use of ppes and social distancing. Thank You.

Bob the plumber is the BEST, He came out and took care of a couple of jobs for us at the house today very personable, did a wonderful job checked everything thoroughly. We always call Bob whenever we have an issue and it's always taken care of in a timely and efficient manner!

I have used Hamm & Sons Inc for multiple plumbing needs including emergency plumbing service as well as new plumbing installation. I have had them fix a toilet and sink and install a new water softener and basement bathroom. All service calls have been handled very quickly and efficiently. All new installations are very professional and within or under budget.
