Best Burst Pipe Repair in Indianapolis IN

Alex and John were both professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Hope Plumbing provided great same day service and did good work for a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues!

They do not know how to do a simple emergency pipe burst repair. If you have a pipe burst do not call them, they will want to do more than the actual repair and make sure your bill goes higher. We got lucky and their tech bailed out on us so we called someone else. Please do not waste your time with this company.

Side note: it is true that they will not pick up their phones and you sit forever on the call waiting.

Wouldn't come out for less than $350. They set this as a minimum due to inclement weather. We declined, as we felt this was price gouging and they seemed to be taking advantage of the situation. Also, they gave no assurance that they would even be able to make it out at all. Thanks, but no thanks. (the garage door spring had broken and we were forced to leave it open a foot until the garage door people could come out...Garage Door Doctor came out immediately at no additional charge despite the weather conditions...they were respectable and ethical...Weilhammer Plumbing chose to gouge)

After I had been charged almost $600 for them to pull my upstairs toilet and snake the line (per the tech’s recommendation) the field supervisor stopped by and told me that for future it should be flushed from the outside clean out which costs hundreds less. Why didn’t they tell me that and go that route to begin with??? I was also told that this may not have fixed the problem and that I “may need to call a plumber.”I’m absolutely baffled by this experience.I also have a disgusting mess all the way up my carpeted stairs from him dragging the snake machine up and am going to need to pay for a carpet cleaning as a result.There was also equipment left behind that he had to call to come pick up later.

I worked directly with Joel and his team on fixing my sewage / service line. I had called a larger well-known provider for an initial opinion, and I didn't feel great about it... Luckily, a family friend suggested Hellyer for a second opinion. After I called in, Joel came to our house within 24hrs to take a look at the issue. He was able to find the root of the cause, and did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done and why. Very nice people on his team. Fair pricing, too. All in all, very much appreciate the help and feel confident we chose the right plumbing service! Will recommend to anyone who asks in the future.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
