Best Water Heater Repair in Indianapolis IN

I chose Hope Plumbing because of their strong online reviews and they’re a local company. Definitely not disappointed! Service was prompt, I was notified in advance of the technician’s arrival, he was incredibly professional, and they worked around my schedule - even as a first time customer. We will definitely use Hope Plumbing again for any more plumbing issues in our home!

Mark was very helpful and answered all of my questions about my new water softener. Very professional.03/28/2023- Rick came out today to check my new softener. I was concerned that I could see water in the brine tank. Rick assured me that this is expected with the regeneration of the tank; I did not know that. I asked Rick about which salt I should buy and he assisted me with that and approximately how often I should buy the bags of salt. Thank-you Rick; you put my mind at ease.

They were able to come out within an hour of my call. Very nice and finished within 30 minutes. I've used them twice and they've been great both times.

Scheduled my appt on their website using their chat app. Very nice. I was helped online and then told someone would call me to schedule the appt. They did so promptly. My appt was schedule between 10:00am and 12:00. My tech called before he arrived (about 25mins) to let me know he was on the way. He arrived a little before 10:00 which was great. I needed an outdoor water spigot repaired. I also wanted a price on a main shutoff valve (I didn't know if I had one or not). The tech (Todd) showed me how to shut the water off at the street - then he explained what he needed to do to fix the spigot before providing me with a quote. I was a little shocked at the price -but I needed it done. He completed his work under the house - installed a new spigot and when he was done informed me that I did indeed have a main shut off and told me where to find it. That saved me a bunch. His work comes with a 5 yr warranty. It may have been a bit more than I expected - but I may just be naive on plumber pricing. All in all - good experience. Glad I got the job done.

Great experience from estimate to end of the job. Joe, who came out for the initial estimate worked well with me on understanding my requests, and provided a timely estimate with everything we discussed, and took the time to answer questions when I followed up. He also came out the morning of the install to go everything we had discussed with the installation team.

The install team, Kevin, and Tanner did a great job with the install. Took the time to do the job right and answered all my questions, and cleaned up well when they were done.

Great end to end experience, with everything same as estimate which best the other estimate I had received from another company.

Great experience. I was extremely happy with the service I received today from the Service Technician, Chaung, from Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Services (Indianapolis, IN). I called Roto Rooter to have a sewer pipe blockage fixed and Chaung arrived within the hour. This is amazing service. He also took the time to explain the problem in detail and how to fix it going forward. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to a friend.

ACME did an AWESOME job on replacement of garbage disposal and water heater expansion tank installations. Management provided great service and communication when scheduling work at a VERY affordable price. I am very happy with my service from Reasonable Plumbing! They responded quickly, explained all problems and quoted me the costs beforehand without variance, and explained all my options without pressure. They are professional and pleasant to work with.

We had a burst pipe in our wall this afternoon, I called around to 6 different plumbers, all who wouldn’t come out until the next day because it was later in the day.

I kept calling down the list of plumbers until I got to these guys. Dawn answered the phone and was so sweet and helpful. We had a plumber out here within 30 minutes after I called.

He was very kind and jumped right in and told us the problem. We thought it was going to be hundreds of dollars to repair, and being graduate students that stressed us out, but he had the problem fixed in less than an hour and our bill was an affordable and beautiful relief.
