AWFUL OWNER! Any reviews before 2018 are the old owners - who were great. Mike Taylor & the new ownership is absolutely awful people. No morals or ethics, zero honesty or professionalism. Should NOT be in business or doing plumbing work. Caused significant water damage to my home & refused to cover the costs, leaving me to figure out how to cover thousands in repairs and bills. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

Jody was professional and not pushy when he came out, then scheduled the plumbers to replace my water softener just a few hours later.
