Overpriced. Charged $200 to pull and replace a bad element (that is almost 1/3 of the installed price of the complete water heater he put in several years earlier). He was here approximately 25 minutes. When I asked the repairman why so high, he said the truck charge alone was $150. An element averages $15.
Response to Mark: Your repairman did not flush the tank. All he did was quickly pull the old element and stick in the new one. Things are not that tough for me; I just don't like to be overcharged, and I obviously thought I was in this instance. Your guy spent some time in his truck while preparing the receipt. I would assume he would have contacted you to discuss the fact that I was unhappy with the charge since, as I told him, was almost 1/3 of the original heater that was installed in 2007. It does not need to be replaced. It just needed the element. Is the truck chg really $150?
11/29/17 response: Mark, changing your original response and continuing to insult me, in my opinion, is not a very professional move for any business owner. Do you honestly feel that any customer, or potential customer, who desires a fair price deserves to be told You know., if times have gotten that tough for you? Reminds me of an auto dealership where, after negotiating for the best price on an Escalade, the manager made a similar statement by suggesting we look to a lesser vehicle if we could not afford it. We walked out and bought the Escalade elsewhere. Not a good move by any owner or manager.

Thanks for your help fixing my clogged drain. I would give you a 10 for the work you did. In general Roto Rooter is a great company from the gal who answered the phone and was able to get me scheduled today to the gentleman who fixed my drain. My plumbing fought him every step of the way, but he finally cleared the lines. Thank you!

They came out and gave an estimate. We accepted and even though it was a week out because their really busy they showed up on time and did a great job. Cory was very nice and spent time walking us through the process through out the day. It was a big job. Very professional and wore masks and I'd recommend plumb on to everyone. My 2 pump “alternating” sump pump system was not operating correctly. The battery operated backup (3rd pump) had to engage multiple times to empty the sump in my finished basement. Clint Ritchie and his co-worker Justin Braunagel came out the same day I called, assessed the situation, and provided 3 options to fix my problem. I opted to replace my old pumps with a new PHCC Pro Series PS-C33 primary and backup pump system. They removed my old system, cleaned out the sump, plumbed and installed the new system within a few hours, all at a reasonable price. I found Clint and Justin to be very knowledgeable and customer focused. They very clearly explained the benefits of all 3 options which definitely helped me decide which one would work best for my home. After installation, they tested the system and explained in detail how it works normally and in case of a power outage. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything and took away the old plumbing parts and pumps. Both Clint and Justin are very conscientious, take pride in their work, answer all questions, and strive to please the customer. I highly recommend 24-7!

Highly recommend Indy Water Heater and Softener!! Can not say enough nice things about Danny and how he goes above and beyond!! We had purchased a water softener from Lowes and long story short it had be returned. At 8pm he drove with my husband to Lowe’s and brought his van and helped return broken softener and then get new one! He then came back to our house and installed it!! He was amazing! Just had him do a disposable and same amazing service!!!! Thank you!!!

Would never give them my money now, member of their company tried to road rage me, I couldn’t turn at roundabout because was not clear and he began laying on his horn, he then trued to speed around me after and began flipping me off. He followed me into my neighborhood… and began cussing me out and flipping me off more. Extremely unprofessional and childish especially in a company vehicle. I proceeded to call the company with my video evidence of the interaction and they didnt even care.

I am a very satisfied customer with the work that David of Aqueduct Plumbing did! The job involved repiping all the drainage pipes in my basement. It was a challenging undertaking.
He was very professional, competent, punctual, easy to talk with, and a very down to earth individual. His costs were in line with the job that needed to be done. I would definitely hire him again for future plumbing work and would highly recommend him to others looking for a very knowledgeable plumber!!

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Best place ever

I've used Zach a couple of times now and he is what you look for in a plumber. He was honest, on-time and very knowledgeable on the items I had fixed. I recently called him about the pressure release valve on my water heater on a Sunday. He was happy to come out, but he told me how easy it was to fix it myself and ended up saving me several hundred dollars. I don't know too many companies that would walk you through installing it yourself. Great Business!

Tyler was awesome! I had a plumbing emergency in my basement and he was very quick to respond and get it all taken care of for me in a time of panic. Very reasonably priced and super professional. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his business! Definitely recommend!!
