I highly recommend you to use this company. I originally went with another plumbing company and if it wasn't for Pristine and their professionalism I would have been out around $6,000. The original company did not fix the problem and charged me hundreds of dollars just to have them come back out a couple of weeks later to tell me it would cost around $6,000 to fix. Due to a recommendation I received (Thank God) for Precision I was able to have everything fixed for 1/16th of what it would have cost with the other plumbing company. CALL PRISTINE before any other Plumbers! They will give you ALL your options, explain everything thoroughly, and will do a fantastic job in a very timely manner (they even adjusted their schedule to make it to my flooding house the Same day with in just a couple of hours!!! I called Attaboy after a friend said they helped her. I couldn’t have been happier with Attaboy. Chris took the call and got me scheduled (quicker than I expected given this was between Christmas and New Years).

Jake was the plumber, who was professional and respectful of my time & home. He listened, took a look, and explained everything clearly and without condescension. Fifteen minutes later, my dishwasher & disposal worked again. Best of all they didn’t waste my time or money (which they really could have & many businesses would do). I will definitely use them again!

Brandon was very nice and cleared out my drain. I would call them again for my plumbing problems they were out in an hour after I texted them with my issue.

We had a sink & faucet installed, as well as clearing of two pipes in our basement. Will definitely call again when I need more plumbing work.

Service was great. Had them install and remove a dishwasher. Techs were super professional and talented. 100% satisfied with service.The price to install a dishwasher was extraordinary high. I was being reimbursed for the installation, so the cost wasn’t a factor for me but if paying out of pocket, there is no way I would’ve paid their cost.

Miguel came for a maintenance service and fixed the drainage of a sink. Great and prompt service.
