Absolutely abhorrent communication and business practices. This group shared that they would work on certain products in my home so I scheduled a babysitter and called off work to have them done. They day of service they call and say that they cannot provide what was asked.

We had a leak happen, and it got out of control fast. I called around 9:30 this morning. I was at work. We were able to setup a same day appointment. They were early. The quality of work was good. The price was fair. I’d use them again for sure. Matt really handled my dogs making a lot of noise really well. I know they seem intimidating, but he handled it like a pro.

Very professional and courteous. Also patient because there was an issue getting the water turned off.

Jacob was my technician (plummer). He was very courteous and addressed all my concerns and issues. He opened my drain. Hopefully I won't have any problems down the line. Jacob was pleasant to do my work.

Corey came on-time and quickly diagnosed my issue. Performed service on a ejector pit lift pump, which had be clogged. He made sure to test it before departing, and did an outstanding, thorough job. I highly recommend Ciriello and their crew. Absolutely the best!

I had two different days of contact with LD Smith for a dig into my plumbing line. Phil and Tim, and their team were all very professional and timely. Phil was especially considerate and thorough, explaining honest options and professional recommendations to me. I never felt rushed or pushed into making an expensive decisions. It was a breath of fresh air from a previous company I experiences only two weeks prior who had done poor work to my plumbing line and who provided poor customer service. Phil, Tim, and their crew did solid work, and I would most definitely utilize them again in the future.

I have a 70+ year old house. I had a corroded 3 sewer pipe that lead out of the house, located in my basement. It was leaking a lot of water a day. In less than 3 days, they came, gave an estimate and even gave me a bundle deal to replace my bad sump pump, as well, and fixed everything. Was very impressed. Quality work and couldn't ask for a friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Another thing that helped was the financing they offer. If (or I should say,when ?) the next thing goes wrong with anything they cover, I will definitely be hiring them again and will refer them to friends and family. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. I was definitely impressed and was very worried about the whole process, but they put my mind at ease, right away! Thanks Again, Kyle.

Fantastic service! Replaced my water heater quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a very difficult basement to move things in and out of and he was able to replace the water heater with no issues. I highly recommend using this company as they will give honest and fair diagnoses and fix problems hassle free in a very timely manner. Excellent!!

Given an estimate of $200-400 over the phone for installation of a pump. 2 plumbers showed up later that day (prompt!) telling me that minimum was $700 and that was a bargain. Sent them packing. Got it done later that day for $275 from another plumber. These guys are expensive and sneaky on pricing.

We were watching tv when all of a sudden the kitchen water turned on by it self. We couldn't turn it off. Andrew C. From Roto Rooter came out gave a estimate and fixed our problem, am super happy with his work. He was very polite and professional. I appriciate his quick work. Thank you.

Very pleased with my experience with Bob the Plumber. Arrived on time. Solved my issue. Price ended up being less than the initial estimate as the work required became less in scope. (It's not always going to work out like that, but it is nice when you feel you just received fair treatment.) Straight shooter and a nice guy.

Our water heater decided to go while I was out of town. The Steg Team was there the next day with a good solution for our home. We also had a pipe leak in our ceiling which they repaired while they were there. The were pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend Steg Plumbing!

Brian and Chuck were amazing!! They installed a water softener and an under the sink reverse osmosis system in our home. They were on time and very respectful.
