Best Water Plumbing in Indianapolis IN

We had Richard Parkison out from Hope Plumbing recently. He came out for multiple trips to take care of plumbing issues we were having. Richard took care of a shower drain that wasn’t on center and he was able to solve the issue for us and get the shower drain installed.He also fixed some water lines that were improperly installed by another plumber, reset a toilet, installed a new water heater and well tank. He was professional and communicated well the entire time.He ensured that I was up to date the entire project and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. This is the 2nd time Michael has put in a water heater for us. We have used them for over 10 years. Summer is always quick to return calls. Great service. Hopefully we will be using them in another 10 years.

A pipe was damaged and water was flowing al over the kitchen. We called and Toby came out within 1/2 hr. to fix the issue. He was professional, kind, considerate of our property and efficient.

Got quoted by a couple companies, ranging from small plumber shops to corporate - and Ciriello had in my opinion the best quote for an installation of a new battery back up sump pump.

I had Andrew as my plumber and he was very knowledgable (had a couple questions about my sump pump system since I am a new home owner) and was able to get every question answered.

Definitely a place I'll utilize again - easy to call and set up meeting.

I hired them to clear a blocked bathtub drain. Refused to quote a price over the phone, technician arrived at my house and quoted me $200. Way more than it should have been but I went ahead with it because I had standing water in my tub. Also they charge by the job. The technician failed to clear the clog, then demanded payment because he said he had to collect something. I paid him $100 to get him out of my house and figured that I would talk to his supervisor on monday to get everything straightened out. Then I spent the rest of the day doing the job that he had been paid to do. I called 4 times over the course of the next week, every time the office manager Beth promised I would get a call from a supervisor, which i never did. Avoid this company at all costs.

The really disturbing thing is looking at the other reviews hear on google. It is obvious that some of them are fake, and others are questionable. Here is what I found, look for yourself:

Oren Powell: lives in Pensacola, Florida and has reviews all over the content for random services, including 4 Mr. Rooter Locations (owning houses in California, Indiana, Georgia and Florida and having plumbing work done on all of them is pretty good for someone attending a junior college) Oren also apparently likes to order awards and plaques.

Oceana Walters: also apparently owns houses in multiple states and has had plumbing work done on all of them. She also enjoys buying trophies and gave a collection agency 5 stars. (what real person actually rates collection agencies?)

Rachel Downey may be a real person, but the profile photo for this account is the logo for a company called Stringcan. String can according to their webiste is a social media and lead-generation service based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Coincidence?

Rachel Tague. This plumbing company wouldn’t tell their employees to write fake reviews would they? It looks like there is a Rachel Tague who works for Mr. Rooter of Indiana according to Linkedin

So if a 3rd of the reviews are faked (possibly more), draw your own conclusions about this company.

Rotorooter made it out within two hours of contacting them. They helped me diagnose the cause of a water leak and get the walls opened up. I didn't end up using them for the repair (chose to do it myself), but the price was super reasonable for their help and they came out right away. Great experience!

Tim was great! He explained the repairs clearly and was finished in a reasonable time. Very polite and friendly. Left the area just like he found it, no mess. Previous plumber from another company that first repaired gave me some song and dance about having to replace the subfloor. Tim echoed what I thought at the time...the prior plumber was out for money by doing unnecessary repairs. I will recommend Plumb Doctor to all of my friends.

Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed an issue that had perplexed other plumbers.

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

A friend recommended Reasonable Plumbing to me after receiving what I thought was an outrageously high quote from a local plumbing company. Thankfully, I decided to give these guys a call.

From start to finish they were professional in their service, their commitment to their pricing, and their recommendations in preventative maintenance moving forward. I won’t be calling anyone else in the future for any plumbing related issues.
