Everyone at this company is so friendly and professional. We have an old basement and were having issues with our washer flooding...ended up being an unexpected costly fix (more was wrong than we originally thought) but they did such an amazing job. Cleaned the basement and left it nicer than it was before ! Very responsive if i had questions or if any issues came up. Also they worked closely with citizens to ensure everything was done right the first time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company !!

He called and came by he told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost he explained in great detail why each step would need to be done and why the cost was what it was. I didn't have the work done because he was here to do an estimate on cost. When I do have the money I definitely will be calling them back.

He fixed a leaky toilet. and instead of jumping straight to a standard fix that costs $500, he actually took time to really diagnose the problem and was able to find a better, cheaper solution! Eric was our technician such a pleasant, knowledgeable young man. He worked efficiently and was able to take care of the clog we had been trying to rectify ourselves. As he worked, we chatted. As it turned out, he grew up just down the street from us!

When Eric had our pipes free and clear again, he packed up his equipment, wiped up the floor of the cabinet and the floor outside the cabinet.

LD Smith plumbers were everything you want: prompt, professional, knowledgeable, effective at diagnosing and fixing the problem. I developed a plumbing problem with the main drain, as it turns out a fairly serious situation involving digging up the main drain pipe and replacing it. The LD Smith plumbers found the problem, showed me the corroded and split pipe and replaced it with a minimum of hassle for me. They are excellent. Higfhly recommended.

Came to my house to unclog a main drain line. Asked about a clean out, didn't bother to look. Told me they needed to remove the toilet to access the line and that it would be $520 (What???). Took my toilet off, scratched my bathroom door, and their monstrous antique machine wasn't able to make it through my pipes apparently. So they charged me $190 to put my toilet back in place that they had just removed, then contacted their supervisor. He came out to tell me I needed a cleanout installed and that it would be $3500, and pressured me to act immediately. This is robbery. When I told him I wanted to call around first, he assured me I NEEDED his service and that NOBODY could do it cheaper or faster. Minutes after he left, I called my dad. It took 2 minutes to find the cleanout, and about 10 minutes with a 25ft sewer snake to fix the problem. These people prey on customers under duress. Do not give them your business. If I had any sense I wouldn't have paid them the $190.EDIT- Shortly after sharing my experience, I was contacted by the manager, who was very apologetic and wanted to make the experience right. Took the steps necessary to do so. I appreciate them reaching out to me to make a bad situation better.

Our water heater broke and plumbdoctor was one of the top rated plumbers in indianapolis. They were able to come quickly and at a time that worked for me. Very friendly and punctual. Replaced our water heater in a couple of hours and made sure everything was running smoothly before going. The price was right around what I expected. I will definitely use them next time I have a plumbing issue.
