Best Water Leak Issues in Indianapolis IN

I hired hope to install a new water heater. The installer wanted to put the vent for my heater on our patio, but after some argument and a visit from a manager, another solution requiring more work was magically discovered.At the end of the job the technician asked to inspect my other faucets in the house. This should have been a red flag. He disassembled the kitchen faucet and couldn’t get it functioning properly. A manager was called back who put the faucet back together and said nothing was wrong.Less than a week later the kitchen faucet is leaking. We call hope and they try to sell my wife a $900 faucet installation.The salesman lied to her multiple times and tried to take advantage of her lack of understanding of plumbing. Find a honest company that hires trustworthy salespeople. This is not the place.Note on the reply from the business: They seem to have a common problem of people having bad experiences and try to fix the problem in exchange for removing a bad review. Don't trust this company, look elsewhere if you want any hope of a fair deal and trustworthy communication.

I just got off the phone with these guys. INCREDIBLY RUDE! All I need is a garbage disposal fix. They refuse to come look at it. He tells me I need to figure out if it needs to be fully replaced before they'll even show up, and commit to a much higher price. Worst customer service ever.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: That's not how the conversation went at all. You desperately need to work on your communication skills. I would have agreed to that pricing if you just gave me a chance. I simply didn't know if it needs to be replaced or not. Because I could not determine that on my own, you refused to come to my house and even look at it. I never once asked for a free estimate. I didn't hang up on you, the conversation simply ended and I told you with the way you behaved that you have lost my business. I heard your final words, but that doesn't mean much with the way you talked down to me, and treated me.

Bob the Plummer was awesome!! I called on a Saturday for an emergency call-out on a clogged up toilet that had been clogged since Wednesday. (4 person household, 1 toilet, you do the math... This was an EMERGENCY!) In the initial phone call I was told 2-3 hours which was fine, since most places couldn't help me til Sunday or Monday. But once I texted my info to this business, I was told 35 mins as the ETA! Within 10-15 mins, our toilet was fixed, and I longer had to go to McDonald's to pee. I couldn't be happier with the fast and friendly service.

Our company has used Hamm & Sons for years and they are always so quick, reliable and affordable! Dave is the best and always appreciate his fast and friendly service!

I woke up this morning to a flooded bathroom. I called Mr. Plumber’s emergency line and they were able to have an emergency technician to my home within a very reasonable timeframe for a Sunday. Zoe was our technician. She gave me a call twice - once to get an overview of the issue and then a second time to let me know she was on her way. Zoe was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely professional, pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and was very quick to diagnose the issue. Zoe also went out of her way to clean up what ended up being quite a mess after she completed her work. Thank you so much Zoe!

I can't say enough great things about Jim at Indy Water Heater and Softener. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and called before he came out. And actually showed up at the time he said he would, which is very important to me for my job/meetings. My dog even liked him and that's really saying something! :)

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Worst customer service ever. The extremely rude tech that told me good luck finding anyone cheaper after I said I wouldn't use them again. After I said I would ensure (which I did) they would lose contracts with other large commercial apartment communities he replied, I don't care. The office was apologetic but it wasn't resolved. Even if I have to pay more, it's totally worth it.

Used coupon for $69 tune up for first time customers. Technician showed me inside of my furnace before cleaning. Stating there is mold in my blower which would have already spread it to my ducts. $69 tune up now has turned into a quoted $3500 repair bill. I was skeptical since I had only been in the home 11 months and the home inspection pictures appeared to be similar to how it looked now with no mention from the inspectors outside of a recommended cleaning.

I used a mold remediation company to take samples and test this biological growth. Tests returned negative for anything biological and appeared to be corrosion at best.

I would recommend staying away from this incompetent company and using literally anyone else. Summers attempted to take my $69 discounted tune up and pad the bill into a $3500 unnecessary repair. I WILL NEVER USE Summers FOR ANY SERVICE AGAIN!

David did a great job installing a new toilet and resetting another one. Free estimate was great and he returned to complete the work quickly after. Quality work and clean up. I like the text notifications when he was on his way. I would use him again!
