Best Water Leak in Indianapolis IN

Ben was fantastic! He was able to quickly identify the problem on a leaky drain in my clawfoot tub, and was able to fix it and install a new water heater the same day. He was professional, thorough and super accommodating. Can't recommend them enough!

Ended up kicking him out of my house! Tried to tell me the professionals we previously had out that ran a motorized snake 50' into the drain didn't actually clean out the drain when I Watched them run the snake & it came out completely clean! Was very unprofessional, Rude, & arrogant! Then tried to charge me $50 for a service call when he hadn't said Anything about Any charges! Hired him through Nextdoor Neighborhood App & so there were No links or terms or prices listed Anywhere! VERY SHADY!!

I had a massive leak in kitchen plumbing and a huge mess. Unfortunately it happened on the weekend and it took a while to get a plumber here. I’m so glad I hired Carter’s as the person they sent (Alex) was knowledgeable, well trained, and helped me understand the problem. Plus, I have a 2 yr warranty on the work. I’m very happy with this company and this employee!
