Best Water Heater Installation in Indianapolis IN

I will never use another plumbing company again. I had a major issue and Hope could not get out for three days but then called me back about two seconds later stating they would come same day. Cara in the office helped me out so much and JP and Nathan were amazing plumbers. I would recommend this company, and will recommend this company to everybody. If you need a job done, call Hope first.

Pristine Plumbing showed up on time and with everything they needed to complete the job at my house. I had a leaking water heater and the repair ended up being bigger than expected, they walked me through the entire repair and I was impressed with their speed and professionalism. They had no idea I would need a whole new water heater when they arrived, but once they found out a water heater arrived at my house within the hour. that's prompt service right there. Would definitely hire them again!

Do not use this company!! I was lied to on the phone about how much it would cost to dig my septic tank. When I called in to ask them I was lied to even more. I took a day off work to get this done, and specifically asked them if it was going to cost more than $300 to locate then I will do it myself and then call them out. The tech comes out and says it is $312, on top of the $250 to drain (which i was okay with) standard rate at every house. The lady on the phone tells me they can’t give an accurate price because they price by the job. The tech without even looking at my yard for a second said it is $312.00 to locate it. This company does a typical bait and switch. Do not fall for it! It is $312 standard to locate the septic tank, don’t let them tell you anything differently! This company knows most people will pay this fee once the truck is in the driveway so they do anything they can to not disclose the price until the truck is there. I am now out a day of work, and will have to take another day off to use a different company! They also charge a $90 fee just for coming out, in which they also do not disclose on the phone. Dishonest, find somewhere else. There are companies that charge much less and will tell you right over the phone what that charge will be.

I called Bob and he gave me tips to help me clear my clog in the kitchen sink first. He said if this didn't work to call him back and he would be happy to come out. This way could save me money up front. I would definitely prefer to try to clear it myself first! Good guy. Never met him but will definitely be calling him back should I need him.

I had smelled gas from work done previously. They sent 2 men right over. They spent a good amount of time checking for leaks, and I didn’t have one. I must have smelled some back burning or something. I tried to pay them for their time, they were here for over 30 minutes. They would not accept payment. Nice guys, very professional.

These guys are great. Always respond quickly, very professional and great communication. Floyd did a great job fixing someone elses mistakes and made sure our sink and disposal were working top notch. My go to plumber, can't say enough good things about this company.

I’m a big fan of Mr. Plumber. They do my yearly maintenance check but more importantly, when I have an issue they fix the issue promptly, with friendly service and at a good value. My technician Ryan M. Inspected my systems a few weeks ago and I’m doing so we found a cracked drain pipe at my water softener. They scheduled a quick turnaround on the repair. I also called to see if they could install a faucet while here for the pipe repair - of course they complied. The repair and the installation were perfect, the service friendly and again, their pricing fair and competitive. Ryan M was great, friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Mr. Plumber has earned my business and loyalty!
