Best Water Heater Installation in Indianapolis IN

Jacob was delightful! Professional, informative, personable, efficient, a real pleasure to work with. This was our first experience with Hope plumbing, but it will not be our last. Many thanks to Jacob for taking the stress out of the day! If I could I would give him a raise I would!

Very disappointed lucky for me I'm not using them.

Every time I have used them (both big & small jobs), they have been reasonable, professional, and honest. We have also used popular Carmel plumbers with less quality work.

Cool water for morning shower a bad sign, as was the rather large puddle under the water heater. Attaboy to the rescue. Angies List provided a list of highly rated professional organizations. Before we could finish reading the list, the phone rang; AttaBoy to the rescue. Vernon arrived very quickly and did a very professional job installing a new water heater. The total cost was stated at the onset. All questions were answered upfront. No surprises, Just great work. Atta boy!

I had a clogged sewer line that I was hoping to get cleared. I was told it would be $400 just to remove the toilet and look in the pipe. I was also told in order to clear the blockage once they locate it they would have to install a new clean out for $3,000-$5,000, though they couldn't tell me a specific price. I had my toilet off before they even left my driveway and did it myself for for about 100$ with a Home Depot rental auger. I paid them 49$ for coming to talk to me. I found it hard to believe that a professional with high quality tools couldn't have cleared my line for less than $3,400-$5,400 when I did it myself my first try with a basic piece of rental equipment. I was very disappointed.

First the technician Sean Moeller who arrived on time was very professional he was honest very conscious of keeping the area in my home clean by using a tarp and wearing booties! Very covid-19 respectful! He also was kind and knowledgeable in All Plumbing aspects, he took the time to explain the estimate and upfront cost. The Company is reasonable and fair in pricing, and quick to fix your Plumbing issue with a included warranty on all their work. Overall this company goes over and above! Beyond what you would expect to include cost-efficient pricing with kindness & manners. They even included a doggy gingerbread biscuit, and all purpose plant and mineral based spray in a goody bag with important informational pamphlets.

Had a major leak to our main line off the meter resulting in no water to our house but water pouring into our front yard and street. Citizens took 5 hours to come out just to tell us it was our problem, not theirs. Already frustrated, I call my home warranty that tells me they will cover it then refuse the next day when the plumber comes out. Luckily they sent an AMAZING plumber! The dispatcher, the timeliness, the service, all of it was top notch. I could not be happier with how we were taken care of by T.J. at L. D. Smith. AND for a fair price. As a new homeowner I now have my plumber.

Miguel Campos came out to help us initially. He was excellent with explaining what all was wrong and how they could fix everything. He helped put our minds at ease and is making the unpleasant process of fixing a water leak as positive as possible. Also, Lal came out to give me a plumbing quote and was really pleasant to work with and also did a great explaining my options if I didn’t choose to work with Roto-Rooter.

Joe and Dave were the most professional plumbers I've met yet. They spent two days at our home replacing our hot water heater after it went out, and were communicative, responsive and courteous the whole time. We're grateful for their help!

The best part about bob is that he is honest, he is not some pressure tactic salesperson. He does great work also. He is easy to communicate with and he comes out diagnoses the problem, gives you a price or heck he might even give you advice on how you can fix it yourself and save money. When you call bob you get bob, not some random person from a company. We were very happy and will use him from now on. Definitely recommend

We hired Hamm & Sons to help out with a commercial remodel here in Lawrence. Yesterday was their first day on the project and I will say the guys showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Our building is challenging as it is big but they figured things out- got to work and at the end of the day- cleaned up! Thanks guys!

Cathy was able to quickly obtain replacement cartridge for a 12 year old Hans-Grohe shower control for our master bathroom. Doug did a great job on the installation in a professional and timely fashion

5 stars to Cameron and Jason for the plumbing repair work. Previous owners had covered up the crawl space access and we were left in the dark how to get underneath the house. After some troubleshooting, these guys found the access panel, located the leak, replaced the water lines, and installed new ball valves. Courteous and extremely helpful with my questions and concerns and they were very conscious and considerate cleaning up after the repair. I would most definitely recommend these guys for any future repair work. Thank you Cameron and Jason.
