Best Water Heater Install in Indianapolis IN

I dont have the words for how much Hope Plumming and their technician Trayvon have turned what easily was the worst day of our year so much better. Trayvon was courteous kind fast professional and explained things that we clearly had no idea about. Trayvon will always be welcome in our home and thank you for tackling this emergency!

Called AttaBoy Plumbing based on the numerous positive reviews and like their other customers, I, too, am exceptionally pleased not only with the initial conversation to schedule an appointment but, more importantly, with the service call. Toby was courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived promptly, evaluated the situation, provided options and recommendations without breaking the bank. Donny was my service Tech. Showed up on time and had the drains fixed in record time. My husband and I needed our Garbage Disposal replaced and Drain Cleaning service. This duo team of Father and Son did an Awesome job. They arrive on time punctual, professional and met all our needs. Very reasonable with pricing $$ compared to other Plumming Companies. We will definitely be calling upon them again in the near future.

Two stars for restoring my water. The three missing involve integrity and respect. A panicked homeowner was amusing and doing the bare minimum for someone who did not know any better was 'sport'. Misleading statements (as close to a lie as you can come) re: money wraps up this tidy little bundle of a company I wish I had never met.
I contacted management with detailed information about these concerns. It fell on deaf ears - not even the courtesy an acknowledgement of having received my memo.

Dan came out on time & installed new water heater in a very tight space and replaced old valves. This was not an easy replacement
as we re-inforced the wood base, added a drain pan, re-positioned the valves where they can be easily reached, and removed two un-nessesary valves. Also the exhaust duct had to be modified. Highly recommended.

The technician who came out was very polite and seemed to be knowledgeable. He was respectful of cleanliness while performing the work. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter in the future.

My experience was so different from every review here, I have to wonder if the reviews are solicited or fraudulent. I called to have a plumber look at our gas water heater. It makes popping noises when heating, and some research tells me that's normal while other research says it's a cause for concern. They told me they'd have someone out within an hour. It was almost 90 minutes later when someone showed up. No biggie. He was nice enough, but didn't even tell me his name (while most of the other reviews call out Techs by name and sometimes number). He didn't know why I had called, which makes me wonder if they even sent someone with water heater experience. I took him to the water heater and turned up the heat to force it to kick on. I told him the unit is 11 years old, but I don't want to replace it just for age because a wall will have to be removed to replace. He told me he had lots of experience with this water heater, while waiting for it to start making noise. He then told me it wasn't good, and not normal, and that it should be replaced because it's getting old. Never having looked at the brand, model, or manufacture date, he said, So you say it's 20 years old? I reminded him I had said 11 years. He immediately started looking at the room around it and commenting on how difficult it would be to get the tank out. He took a picture of the wall I told him would have to come down, then went out to his van to check on something. Later he comes back to the door and tells me it isn't good and can't be fixed and asked if I wanted an estimate. He pulled out his cell phone and showed a picture of a partial price list water heater like mine for $1,920 installed, including tax. He then scrolled through other pictures on his phone showing me something new that had to be installed with it due to code changes this year. I couldn't understand what he called it because he was Vietnanese(?) and struggled with English. His estimate didn't take into consideration the wall that would have to be removed. Overall, I was disappointed that the responding plumber seemed to know more about trying to sell a water heater than diagnosing one. I find it odd that most other reviews list a Tech name and even ID#, and my Tech didn't even provide his name. Online reviews can be easily manipulated. Based on my experience today, this RR doesn't provide the great service that everyone seems to rave about. I would suggest choosing a plumber by getting a referral from a trusted friend rather than 90+ questionable online reviews. I won't be calling them again.

Jake evaluated an alarming sump pump outside my house. I had turned off the alarm. He checked everything out and found it in good working condition. It just needed reset. He didn’t charge me the trip fee. Great service and timely response. I have Plumb Doctor in my contacts for any future plumbing needs!

Excellent service! They called ahead of the visit as they said they would. Their plumber, Floyd, listened to my description of the problem, diagnosed possible issues and offered me options for the repair. All in all, Floyd was spot-on with what the problem was and fixed it quickly and completely. I highly recommend these guys and have high regards for Floyd. Thank you!

Our water heater cracked open and Steg replaced it. The work was done quickly and they were honest about costs and options for replacement. They let me know when they were on their way with a text message and email with the workers picture and bio! Great work and great communication. I highly recommend them.
