Richard was great! The power went out the night he was supposed to do the job, so he came out first thing the next morning. He was personable and a good conversationalist (I know I can get chatty sometimes). Which I really appreciated. He was patient with my dogs and took the time to give them treats and “make friends” with them! Thank you for the spectacular service!

After making an online request for an appointment I got a call within 24 hrs. They texted me a picture of the tech & gave me plenty of notice before he got there. We had 3 techs assist with the replacement of our water heater & they were all polite & professional.

What is important for me as well is due to availability Aaron and Randy were able to installed the new 75 gallon water heater that same day and ensure everything was working right. So far we don’t run out of hot water anymore and I didn’t had to upgrade electrical or run additional lines.

Kyle did a great job replacing my thermostat. I am happy he wore booties to keep my carpet clean. He explained everything to me. He is a very kind gentleman! Eric H. was a very big help too.

My shop sink was clogged with lots of debris, both old and new from my floral design messes and Corey fixed it in no time! He even had the handy part to put a filter int he drain to catch the junk that I inevitably put in it. Great family, great employees, and great service!

We had Gurney remove an old metal grease trap in our large kitchen and replace it with a composite unit. They were so professional and quick we were just amazed. This was a large job as the old one was plumbed down several feet below the floor of the kitchen. They excavated, removed, and plumbed in the new unit in record time and with minimal mess. Not only are these guys the number 1 drain experts, they are amazing with new installs as well. Five Star Rating!!!!
