Deeply impressed. Came home to two very nice upgrades toilets exactly as described. Areas around the toilets were left with zero trace of the broken mess that they were.Communication was A+. Speed of service A+. Quality of work A+.

Doug arrived on time and was extremely professional. He quickly identified the problem, explained it, and then gave us several options to get it fixed while explaining the differences clearly. He got us up and going with a long term fix in no time.

I'm happy to recommend these guys. My customer experience was excellent. When I called on the phone, I was greeted by a friendly and professional person who listened carefully, and thoroughly answered my questions. We scheduled the service and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The service people were also friendly and professional, and enjoyable to work with. The quality of the work was excellent and the price was reasonable and fair. Exactly what you hope for when you looking to get some work done!

Rick diagnosed our problem quickly and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He did a great job!

Grateful Plumber was referred by a friend to hook up a water softner. Softner was hooked up in no time, but was then informed there was a leak in an o-ring and needed replaced. Very disappointed they didn't offer to assit with leak and I will now have to contact another plumber and pay for another service call to make the water softner operable. Feel like it was a waste of money since the full job wasn't completed.

This is the second time Tim H has been out to do work at our house. Tim has done redesign jobs and some simple jobs for us. Best plumber ever.

Eric found leak, shut off water to the line so we can use house water and wait for business hours repair. Was very nice. Phone folks are always nice and helpful ant guy who came for tenant disposal also very nice. Thank you.

Wes and his team ( Nic, Trevor and Phil) were very professional, courteous and on time. They kept me well informed of what was happening and explained clearly what to you expect and how they were going to repair my property after they finished .
They completed the sewer line replacement according to their original timeline and cleaned up after their work ( as much as possible with what sewer line replacement involves )

Today was the second time having Weilhammer Plumbing Co out and Im so impressed! Thankful for their silly sense of humor as well. They were called with our issue yesterday 1/28 and showed up to fix our issues within a timely manner today. I would recommend them 100% for all your plumbing needs.

We had an issue and they were able to fix the problem quickly, able to explain exactly what they were going to do and completed the project exactly as promised. I would, and already have, recommend them with 100% confidence.

The plumber was very short with me and seemed annoyed, I did speak to a customer service rep and she was apologetic for the way that he came across. I will say least she gave me $40 dollars back towards the repair.I wish I would have known that Roto Rooter used a flat rate scale versus an hourly scale, I feel ripped off after paying just under $500.00 for a 30 minute repair. When I asked the plumber how long the job would take he told me an hour to an hour and a half. I thought the rates seemed slightly high but fair if the quoted amount were to take an hour and a half.After my experience using Roto Rooter I will not ever use them again or even buy there products again for everyday common use, also to anyone who is looking for a plumber I highly recommend to anyone not to use this company.

ACME Plumbing came to my house and did a wonderful job. The office staff was very helpful. Definatly reccomend.

Bob came to my house in the early evening, which is very convenient. We smelled gas in a room with a gas fireplace. He looked at the fireplace and also the gas line in my utility room. He recommended I have the gas company come out and test our appliances, since they will do it for free. He had a lot of advice and was very knowledgeable. We didn't need any service, but if we do in the future, I'll definitely call him again!

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

Pinnoc and Floyd were fantastic! Talk about amazing people, that’s them! It’s hard to find a company that will treat you well and take the time to listen to your concerns. I had them repair and replace our sump pumps and fix our kitchen sink and they were reasonably priced! Solomon came out for the initial assessment and he floored us with his mannerisms, professionalism and his education on how he was going to fix our issue. I can’t say enough nice things other than I will 100% be staying with them as a loyal customer!
