Best Water Faucet in Indianapolis IN

We had a bit of a time crunch with several contractors working on our kitchen. Due to a miscommunication among the different companies, we almost had to move our family Christmas celebration because the plumber wasn't available for 5 days. Enter Hope Plumbing! They jumped right in and were able to give us a quote and begin work to help us keep our Christmas plans. Ryan was awesome with his recommendations and his work. Hope sent me a text with the picture of who I could expect, as well as a text when he was on his way. Ryan also called when he was 20 minutes out so I knew exactly when to expect him. He brought our sink and dishwasher shut offs up to code, installed an outdoor spigot, installed water lines for the refrigerator and dishwasher and hooked them up, and installed the garbage disposal. After finishing the work he made sure everything was functioning properly. My kitchen is now finished and looks beautiful, and it is ready for guests 36 hours from the time I first called.

Another great experience with Pristine Plumbing. They identified and repaired a leak in our gas line in 48 hours. Derrick was professional and kind, and kept things as clean and quiet as possible (which is huge when you have a 1 year old baby in the house!). Hire them!

Home Warranty set them up and they have been great. Helped me with two separate issues and fixed quick!

Had an appointment to arrive from 11:00am -1:00pm. At 1:08 I get a call and was told that they weren't going to be there. They were also unaccomidating for the reschedule. I told them I would just take my business elsewhere.

Do not recommend this company. A plumber was sent by Home Warranty due to seized pipe in our bathroom. As he could not clean the pipe (60 year old rusted galvanized pipe which needs replaced) he figured that he'd tell my warranty company that it was an improper installation, on a 60 year old house! He then asked for $300 out of pocket to replace the pipe. Coverage was denied to me because what he told the warranty company. This was more than two months ago. Since then I had three other plumbers come out, all reputable companies, and all said it was not an improper installation. Two months of going back and forth with my warranty company and they will now cover the replacement. I called LD Smith and asked that John call me back- he never did. He caused my family a ton of inconvenience with our sink not fixed for over two months now, made my warranty company deny us coverage, and tried to get $300 out of my pocket on the spot. Just awful.

Bob and his crew always do a great job! Bob the plumber is the BEST, He came out and took care of a couple of jobs for us at the house today very personable, did a wonderful job checked everything thoroughly. We always call Bob whenever we have an issue and it's always taken care of in a timely and efficient manner!

I think Hamm & Sons is a really good plumber. Our whole family lives in Indianapolis and have used them for years. They are very honest and friendly and you dont get that feeling that they are trying to trick or overcharge you that you get with some home service companies.

We will definitely keep using Hamm & Sons Plumbing when we need repairs.

Normally, I only leave reviews when I'm bashing a company for being terrible, but Solomon and his team at Reasonable Plumbing are so flat-out fantastic I had to say something publicly. There was NEVER a long time spent waiting for a response. No hiccups in communication. The workmanship was fantastic. The price was great. And the cherry on top was Solomon reaching out to make sure everything was to our mutual client's liking (I'm the realtor selling the house). I don't get that level of professionalism from just about anyone in any field related to homes, home repairs, etc. From one business owner to another, Solomon, you're doing things the right way. Eric Ross was dispatched for diagnostic of my ac unit. Finding that the unit was 21 years old repairs could not be done…it was dead. Not what I wanted to hear as it was the hottest day of the year. Eric showed me why the unit died and due the age and type of unite could not be repaired. Eric advise me of my options and was very helpful with helping me pick the correct replacement unit for me. I appreciate the time that he took to explain everything and all the options that were available. No one wants this kind of news but Eric got everything set up and will be back in a few days for installation7-5-22 Update, I called back thinking I was having an issue with my tankless water heater. They sent out Andrew Nathan. I cannot say enough about how kind, courteous and professional Andrew was. He did a complete inspection and figured out the issue. It turned out to be an issue with my faucet and had nothing to do with my water heater. I apologized for the call and he was kind and said it was no problem. I cannot express how much that meant.
