We had such a great experience with Hope plumbing and Richard! The communication regarding our service appointment was fantastic and the scheduler was very friendly and helpful. Richard, the plumber who came out to help us with our plumbing issues, was extremely friendly, super knowledgeable, and willing to walk us through the fixes needed. I am very happy with the service we received!

My hot water pressure dropped suddenly, so I had AttaBoy come out and look at the water heater. It's an 11 year old Kenmore that didn't have the proper dielectric transition mounted to the hot water out line. They said they might be able to get the part but would recommend replacing the water heater. After a little negotiating, we agreed on a very competitive price, which included installation of the new water heater, gas lines to the heater, thermostat, and exhaust ventilation, as well as carrying out the old water heater. They were very efficient, quick to respond, and customer-service oriented. I will be using AttaBoy again for future plumbing needs and will recommend them to anyone with the same needs! They did a great job.

I’ve never received such poor service. Besides the faucet dripping after a supposedly new one was installed, the owner then insisting it’s normal and they’ll charge me another $49 to come out again if he thinks nothing is wrong, a couple days later I noticed numerous scratches in the wood laminate flooring in front of the rug in front of the sink. I don’t know what they did but clearly you cannot trust these guys in your home. Apparently putting something down to protect the floor was too much trouble for them. They clearly don’t care and only give good service to certain people. They only offer a 30 day guarantee on their own work but tell me delta offers a lifetime warranty on the faucet. Conveniently they took the box the faucet came in and any warranty information with them. The receipt they sent shows only one price for everything, $359. No company accepts that as proof of purchase. They were here for 30 minutes and only did damage.

Pipes and valves failed on a bath tub. They were quick to come out the next day and fix all of it at a very reasonable price. Plumber went through each step to ensure I understood what needed to happen to ensure all required repairs were completed.

He was an all around pleasure: He came out saw what the old plumber had done and offered to try to fix it or he could redo it for us, we opted for the hole thing to be done but not everyone will even give you the option. He just finished and it is so much better than it was before! He was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced! thanks man we appreciate you!
