Trayvon is the best hands down!! He came to our house, provided us with great information, worked through the night so we could have hot water and came back early the next morning to finish up. Truly unparalleled work!! We feel so lucky!!

We had Michael replace our old lines (cast iron, copper and pvc) with Pex. He came out on a Saturday and did a fantastic job! The price was fair and I wholeheartedly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have.

Did they do the job they were paid for? Yes and I do appreciate that however I strictly told them to not show up to my house before 9am and they completely ignored that and started knocking at my door at 8am. I wont use this company again. They ignore the needs of the customer and do not listen

Great experience. I called Carter on a Friday morning after having another company attempt to fix some clogged pipes the day before. I was able to get an appointment within 4 hours of me contacting them. However, Jarred called to say he could come an hour early if it was convenient for us. Given our main drain was clogged it most certainly was. The experience with Jarred couldn't have been more different. He was professional and polite and listened to my explanation of the problem without jumping to conclusions and doomsday scenarios. Unlike the other plumber, Jarred took great care to protect our floors and cabinets and didnt gruffly ask me to pull everything out from under the cabinet (he actualy did it). He was able to clear the clog and spent ample time making sure everything was flowing properly before he left. After he completed the work he cleaned up everything and replaced all the contents. Couldn't have been a better experience. I highly recommend Carter and Jarred and will call them next time I have any plumbing needs

LD Smith ended up replacing our sewer main line for us after started to have issues with back up in the basement. Ended up being a bigger job than we were initially prepared for but these guys were awesome. At our house for a week or so and they were very professional and great at communicating what was going on. I would recommend them for any major plumbing task. Pretty much had the whole team out over the course of the week. Phil, Isaac, Joe McElfresh, Wesley, Tim, Joe Garza, Alex, and Trevor. Guys, thanks for the hard work and getting everything up and running again.

I had some issues with my sump pump discharge pipe in the back yard. The guys that came out were very friendly and professional. After using a camera to examine the underground pipe, we decided to replace a broken section. The work was high quality and done very quickly. Would definitely call them again.

I called roto rooter for a clog in the bathroom sink drain line behind the wall and was services by Jeff j. He asked me everything that was going on with it and was able to quickly find the problem and fix it. Also help identify other possible issues that could affect my plumbing down the road . Over all very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work done.

Jason and Plumb Doctor are THE BEST very courteous, communicative and prompt, focused on the job and making sure both my husband and I were kept up to date with the issue the whole way. What started as a clog turned out to be a pretty major plumbing repair, Jason worked tirelessly at our home for two days straight and made sure the job was not only fixed but left it better than it was the day the plumbing was installed. I recommend calling Plumb Doctor for any service, we used them for repair work however I would consider them for upgrades, refurbs etc. very knowledgeable and great to work with!
