We had a tankless water heater and water filter system installed. They gave us a great price and a senior discount. Whenever they talked with us they always wore a mask, which I appreciated. The installation quick and was very professionally done. I will definitely use them again.

They also put us in touch with a restoration group to help with the water damage that the leak caused, who also had a tech available on the same day. We had a pleasant experience with Sam in the call center booking the appointment. While they forgot to switch the primary contact number it was thankfully not an issue. Gus was the person who did the work and he was professional, informative, and courteous. Would recommend!

I had two separate plumbing issues occur during the night. Messages were sent out to multiple companies. Grateful was the first to respond and promptly arrived. Repair options were given which made things so so nice. Opposed to being told that there's this and it's gonna cost that. With no reservations I commend Grateful Plumber and happily advocate their services.

I had contacted another plumber about a water heater and was quoted a VERY high price. I'd used Ciriello before, and I honestly don't know why I didn't call them first. They came out and gave me a quote that was almost HALF what the other company wanted. I hired them on the spot. Don't use another plumber. Professional. Respectful. Quality work.

I called asking for a quote and they said they do not send someone out for an estimate for a job if I may have asked another company for a quote. Who else only looks at ONE company and hires them immediately?? Its ridiculous! It sounds like they do not understand how a business works and how its normal to ask about pricing before agreeing to a job!

Roto-Rooter was quick and courteous from the original call to dispatch through the final installation with the plumber and the restoration specialist. Their prices seemed reasonable and we were very happy with our first experience with Roto-Rooter.

I would not recommend this company AT ALL. I had a hot water pressure issue with my shower I contacted Acme for help. They first stated that a technician would be out between 1-4pm by 5pm I had heard nothing. I called and the lady stated that someone should of called me to let me know it would be later, she stated that the technician should be there soon. Not until almost 7pm did they finally arrive. This isn't even the main issue. The technician stated that it was my shower fixtures and that he would need to cut a hole in my drywall then replace the valve fixture and install all new fixtures etc and estimated the project at $1,395.00 but could be more if they were other issues. I felt that the technician was giving me a sales pitch instead of fixing my issue so I called another company Williams Plumbing Service he came within the hour of my call and only to find the problem not being with my actual valve stem and fixtures at the shower/tub location but simply a clog at my water heater on the hot side. A simple 5 minute fix and only charged a service fee of $89.00! So beware of Acme, they should be reported to the better business bureau, if this happened to me I can only image all of the other poor customers that this has happened too.

Very pleased with my experience with Bob the Plumber. Arrived on time. Solved my issue. Price ended up being less than the initial estimate as the work required became less in scope. (It's not always going to work out like that, but it is nice when you feel you just received fair treatment.) Straight shooter and a nice guy.

Called for a clogged sewer drain on Sunday. Hamm's drain person showed up in a timely fashion and spent 2 hours cleaning roots out of the sewer drain. Professional, courteous, friendly, and above all very skilled.Fee charged was very reasonable, particularly for Sunday service/

We live in an apartment and our water heater (due to age) started leaking down into the neighbors apartment below us. We had NO idea because our water heater was built into our cabinets and hidden behind a false wall in our kitchen. Our landlord sent a few plumber's into our apartment who just were TERRIBLE. They made this a bigger mess and longer drawn out mess than need be.. One thing they all had in common was They lacked common sense..

So it was a breath of fresh air when Solomon came into my apartment to resolve the situation! He was so polite and understanding. He made sure to describe things to me in a way that I could easily understand, so I knew exactly what the next steps would be and why. After assessing what repairs he needed to make (and even fixing another plumber's small mess) I felt relieved for the first time since this all started. The NEXT day Solomon and his crew showed up to install my NEW WATER HEATER and they were very professional. The two workers he had with him were amazing. They showed up on time, with all the tools necessary to do the job, and they completed the job in a timely manner. They made sure to clean up after themselves very wellalso ! They were in and out, but did a very professional and GOOD job. Very pleased and HIGHLY recommend!!!!

My bathtub faucet will let water out after it is turned off, steg says it is the design of this product.

2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product.
I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.

The problem was quickly diagnosed, and multiple options were presented. He told me what was involved with each option so I could make a decision. I look forward to having the new water heater installed!
