Best Unclog Toilet in Indianapolis IN

This is my third time using Hope Plumbing and they did not disappoint. The tech was amazing (Freddy Luna). He was on time, very polite and worked quickly. I'd happily use them again for any and all of my plumbing needs.

Easy to schedule, appt window of 4 hours given. They called to confirm arrival 30 minutes ahead. Plumber was on time, safely masked, extremely competent and quickly rebuilt part of toilet and fixed bathroom sink which wasn’t draining and needed new stopper. Showed me the pricing ahead (not cheap) but 2 year warranty on the work/part. In and out in about an hour or less. Extremely respectful about minimizing time in the house and socially distancing for safety. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Roto-Rooter definitely saved our day today ! Company coming tonight, down to one toilet. Our regular plumbing company nowhere to be found( It was Sunday) Toilets don't clog on Sundays..do they? One call to Roto-Rooter did the job , however. A few hours later, their service tech , Khuma, was at our door. However, Khuma did not immediately start flailing away. He checked out the toilet itself, looked at the other toilets, looked in the crawlspace and then gave me a complete explanation of the problem and the estimate to include that further work could be necessary. Khuma fixed the immediate problem, gave us a reasonable bill, and did not leave a mess. Our company arrived, the toilet worked fine, and all are very happy. Thank you Roto Rooter!

Trace came out and was very friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything really well. He gave a written copy and an email with everything he found and pictures of what he did today.

I will 100% use Gurney Bush again. I had Gurney Bush replace a drain line on the exterior of my house. This was a very big project that required tearing out the driveway and connecting to the sewer line. My house is 100 years old (had clay pipes, bellies, backup etc) so we ran into some issues when we started digging but Gurney came up with some solutions and worked with me on getting it done. I was very pleased with their pricing, the guys that came to work on the project everyday, and their front office communication. Definitely recommend them for big projects like this.

These folks are honest, fairly priced, and get the job done right -- and fast! I was quoted several thousand dollars by one of the big-name, corporate plumbing companies. I sought a second opinion and somehow ended up here. Curt and Jerry got me fixed up for a fraction of the price. Everyone at the company from Denise on the phone to the fellows who came out to do the job were extremely helpful and honest.

My Kitchen sink was stopped up from my kids putting food in the garbage disposal the wrong way. The proper way is to turn on the faucet then turn on the garbage disposal then at the food after wait 45 sec with water on to clear drain. Just learn that from Jeff my Roto Rooter Guy who is very good at explainning the proper procedure. Thank you Jeff and thank God for Roto-Rooter.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
