Best Unclog Drain in Indianapolis IN

I had Hope Plumbing out to replace our old kitchen sink and faucet with a brand new set. The installer, Matt, was courteous and explained everything up front so there were no surprises later. Matt did a great job and cleaned up before he left. Very professional! Definitely would use them again in the future.

Our plumbers name was Mike. He was professional, respectful, and nice. We had a clog in our sewer line. Not even in the house, but closer to where the waste water drains into the sewer system. WHAT A RELIEF TO HAVE IT FIXED!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Considering experience, Roto-Rooter remains on the high end for pricing when it comes to repairs, however the experience was smooth and pleasant. I enjoyed my experience and the technician was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Slightly disheartening knowing you're being over charged for minor repairs. I guess it comes with the territory.

I phoned for a clogged bath sink. Ben was unable to clear after three attempts but found it was due to faulty plumbing pipe installation. I was not charged and was so pleased with the attempts and integrity of Ben! I may be calling the company back for the construction of re-directing the pipes. :-)

I had a major hot water tank leak. David responded quickly to my request and was able to come out the next day. He kept me informed as to when he would arrive so I was able to get other things done as opposed to being stuck waiting. He was courteous and thorough and talked me through all my options. I needed a new tank and he went and got what was needed even though it was almost 5pm and came back and finished the job so we could have hot water that night. He made sure my utility area was clean and tidy after he completed the job and I very much appreciated that he stayed until 7 pm to take care of my issue. The price was reasonable and the service was great.

Always on time and courteous with very knowledgeable technicians. I believe they are fair and transparent so elected to sign a yearly maintenance agreement.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
