Best Toilet Installation in Indianapolis IN

The first tech could not unclog the kitchen drain, so a second plumber was taking over, but couldn't come until Monday. Then got a call later and the second plumber was able to come that Friday evening. Ended up we need to replace the pipes under sink and a pipe in basement. They were able to complete that evening and return Saturday morning for one quick capping of a pipe. We are happy with the work and with the plumber. The job was done quick, and clean.

Ron was very prompt, professional and thorough. We have an older home and he spent a lot of time checking the plumbing under the house before giving us his recommendations.

WOW! Excellent service by Michael. Highly recommend to anyone. Starting from the initial phone call I made until today when they came out they were incredibly helpful. It’s felt like they were there to helping me solve a problem instead of just charge as a much as possible like MR. PLUMBER.

All we needed was to fix a slow draining sink and Mr. Plumber quoted us $3k+ to cut into a wall and replace some cast iron pipes and all kinds of other stuff. Michael fixed the sink without having to cut into any walls or floor and it all works great now.

Honest work for a fair price. I had them help with a few items that went wrong at the same time.. They did great work and did what they could do to be very reasonable on price. They were very knowledgeable and solved issues that I had been told were unfixable. I would highly recommend these guys!

Grateful Plumbers arrived early and were very professional. We needed a jacuzzi tub faucet replaced and we were both very impressed with their knowledge. They were our second estimate and it came in at about half of the previous one. We Did use them for the repair and plan on using them for our irrigation system also.

The people that work here are kind and helpful. They will make sure your issue is fixed (even if it takes a few times because of a pesky gas leak!) I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

Tim is a real pro. Did heavy duty sewer repair in short time with no hassle. LD Smith is my go to plumbing outfit.

I had some issues with my sump pump discharge pipe in the back yard. The guys that came out were very friendly and professional. After using a camera to examine the underground pipe, we decided to replace a broken section. The work was high quality and done very quickly. Would definitely call them again.

I had a sumo pump failure and about 1-2 inches of standing water in my basement. From the start of the process one of their Technicians, Miguel Campos, was friendly, clear, and quite helpful! Immediately made me feel good about my decision to call Roto. Together we called my insurance filed a claim and he got to work! Our water heater broke and plumbdoctor was one of the top rated plumbers in indianapolis. They were able to come quickly and at a time that worked for me. Very friendly and punctual.
